斜盘式轴向变量柱塞泵装配线的研制

【摘要】 随着现代工业的迅猛发展,斜盘式轴向变量柱塞泵以其结构紧凑、操作灵便、传动平稳、节能、噪声低和调速容易等优点已广泛应用于注塑机械、建材机械、加工机械、工程机械、交通运输机械以及船舶、航空、军事等领域。为满足市场需求,本公司大力投入斜盘式轴向变量柱塞泵的研发和加工。为了提高现有生产能力,公司的需要建立一条半自动化斜盘式轴向变量柱塞泵装配线。本文针对斜盘式轴向变量柱塞泵结构装配特点,结合厂房布局,优化装配线的物流路线,并同时考虑柱塞泵的生产、装配和出厂实验的布局,完成了装配线的总体设计,包括装配线的总体方案设计、总体布局和装配线的具体技术要求;根据公司的生产纲领,完成了装配线的组成以及各装配单元的工序节拍的分析与确定;根据总体方案和技术要求,对装配线进行了结构设计,包括装配线内各单元的的机械结构设计、物流方式和布置设计;根据装配线的机构动作要求,完成了装配线电气部分的设计,包括装配线电气系统的设计和电气元件的选择;根据装配线的工作需求完成了装配线控制系统的硬件和软件设计。

【Abstract】 With the rapid development of modern industry, Because of advantages such as variable compact, flexible operation, a smooth transmission, energy saving, low noise and speed easily, swash-plate axial variable displacement piston pump has been widely used in injection molding machines, building materials machines, processing machines, construction machines, transport machines and shipping, aviation, military and other fields.In order to meet market demands, The company strongly inclined into the development and processing of swash-plate axial variable displacement piston pump. In order to improve the production capacity, the company proposed the establishment of a semi-automatic assembly line for swash-plate axial variable displacement piston pump. Designing and development for the assembly line of swash-plate axial variable displacement piston pump are completed in this paper. Aiming to structure characteristics of swash-plate axial variable displacement piston pump, combining plant layout, and optimizing the assembly line of logistics line, and taking into account the piston pump production, assembly and test the layout of the factory, the overall designing is completed, including the general assembly line designing, the overall layout and technology requirements; According to the company’ s production program, the composition of the assembly line is completed, meanwhile the analysis and determination of the process of each unit is completed. According to the general program and technical requirements, the structure of assembly line is designed, including the mechanical structure design, logistics styles and layout design of each unit in the assembly line; According to machine movement requests, the design of assembly line electric is completed, including the electric system design of the assembly line and the selection of electric components; According to the working needs, the hardware and software design of assembly line control system are completed.
