多机牵引无线同步控制系统中数据传输及可靠性研究

【摘要】 随着计算机控制技术的发展,机车重联技术也在不断发展。根据机车重联的基本要求,重联装置应该能够实现重联机车同步换向、同步牵引、同步制动等功能。司机通过机车重联装置,只需在本务机车上就可对本务和非本务机车进行各种控制,并对其运行情况进行监视。其中采用多机牵引无线同步操控技术开行组合列车是实现重载运输的一个重要途径。本论文是根据成都机务段“机车无线重联同步操纵系统”项目要求,以SS3B电力机车为研究对象,针对现阶段电气重联中存在的问题,开发了基于无线传输的多机牵引无线同步操控系统来代替原有电缆传输信号的控制方式,从而提高机车的牵引能力并保证机车可靠运行。本论文论述了无线同步控制系统的总体设计方案,介绍了系统的功能及系统的组成模块。为了提高数据无线传输的可靠性,对常用的几种编码理论及实现方法进行了认真的分析。随后给出了系统的硬件设计,并对无线传输模块及接口电路设计进行了详细的阐述。在此硬件平台之上,又分析了系统的两种工作模式,并给出两种模式下的工作流程及软件部分的具体实现,以及系统中CAN总线接口的软件设计。从系统方案,无线数据传输及系统软硬件抗干扰三个方面分析了系统的可靠性及提高可靠性的策略。对系统进行了实验验证,并对所取得的成果进行了总结。

【Abstract】 With the development of the computer control technology, the Multi-locomotive technology is also under continuously development. According to the basic requirements of Multi-locomotive technology, the Multi-locomotive device should realize these functions such as synchronous commutation, traction, and braking of multi-locomotive, etc. Through the Multi-locomotive device, the driver can control the leading locomotive and the remote locomotive on the leading locomotive, and monitor the operation. It is an important way to realize heavy-load transportation by using the technology of Multi-locomotive and wireless synchronous control system to operate combined train. Bases on requirement of the project of Wireless Multi-locomotive synchronous operation and control system for Cheng Du Locomotive Depot, takes SS3B electric locomotive for research project, aims at problems exists in electric double heading at present, the paper develops multiple traction and wireless synchronous operation and control system instead of the old control mode using cable transmitting signals in order to improve locomotive’s traction ability and ensure its’ reliable operation.At first, the paper discusses the overall design plan of the wireless synchronization control system, introduces the system’s function and system’s component modules. In order to improve the reliability of the wireless data transmission, the paper analyzes the several common coding theories and their implementations seriously. Subsequently, the paper presents the system’s hardware design, and introduces the wireless transmission module and the interface circuit in detail. Based on the hardware platform, the two kinds of working pattern of this system are analyzed in the paper, the work flow under the two models , the realization of software and the software design of the CAN Bus Interface in the system are also given. Finally, the paper analyzes the system’s reliability and the strategies of improving reliability from three respects: the system scheme, the wireless data transmission, and software &hardware methods of anti-interference in the system, gives the experimental verification of the system and summarizing of the achievements.
