机车电子控制柜动态检测与故障诊断系统研究

【摘要】 本文主要围绕SS4G电力机车电子控制柜动态检测与故障诊断系统的研究来进行,论述了电子柜动态检测与故障诊断的基本技术路线和理论基础;应用当代计算机测控技术与高性能的数据采集技术,初步形成了一个基于虚拟仪器的便携式机车电子柜动态检测与诊断系统。在深入学习和研究了机车电子控制柜的组成与工作原理后,分析了电子控制柜的常见故障现象以及故障原因,确定了系统需要采集的状态信号和故障诊断流程;以网络撕裂故障诊断为理论依据,根据从司机给定指令到反映在各台电机上的电压、电流的工作流程,对所经过的大多数环节进行了功能单元的划分,建立了电子控制柜故障诊断的搜索路径;系统采用的是一个虚拟仪器的构造形式,由数据采集卡、工业控制计算机和信号调理电路构成硬件系统;系统软件开发平台为美国NI公司的LabWindows/CVI,应用软件完成检测与诊断过程中的数据采集、处理、存储和显示,尤其是实现关键的高频脉冲波形信号的动态采集与显示。考虑到系统运行在电力机车内强电场强磁场的环境下,就系统的可靠性,在硬件的设计、软件的设计中都采取了必要的措施。文章结尾对系统中所取得的成果进行了总结,给出了作者的一点建议并对本系统进行了展望。

【Abstract】 This article mainly revolved the SS4G electric locomotive electron control cabinet dynamic examination and the fault diagnosis system’s research carries on, elaborated the electronic cabinet dynamic examination and the fault diagnosis basic strokes route and the rationale; Using present age computer observation technology and the high performance data acquisition technology, has formed one initially based on the virtual instrument’s portable locomotive electron cabinet dynamic examination and the diagnosis system.After studying and researching the locomotive electron control cabinet’s composition and the principle of work thoroughly, has analyzed the electronic control cabinet’s common fault phenomenon as well as the fault reason, and determined the system needs to gather status signal and failure diagnosis flow; Take the network tearing fault diagnosis as the theory basis, according to assigns the instruction from the driver to the reflection on each electrical machinery’s voltage and current work flow, to the majority links which passes through have carried on the function unit division, has established the electronic control cabinet fault diagnosis search path.What the system uses is virtual instrument’s structural types, by data acquisition card, industrial control computer and signal recuperation electric circuit constitution hardware system; The system software developing platform is American NI Corporation’s LabWindows/CVI, the application software completes during the examination and the diagnosis process data acquisition, processing, the memory and the demonstration, particularly realizes key high frequency impulse profile signal dynamic gathering and the demonstration. Considered systems operating in electric locomotive under strong electricity field and intensity magnetic field environment, on system’s reliability, in hardware’s design and in software’s design has taken the essential measure.The article ending the achievement which obtained to the system in has carried on the summary, has given an author’s suggestion and has carried on the forecast to this system.
