嵌入式WEB发布平台在变电站自动化系统中的应用研究与实现

【摘要】 变电站及其各种智能、自动化设备分布在地理分散的电力系统各个角落,随着变电站无人值班化的发展,这些的设备的维护成本居高不下。该论文主要就使用新颖的网络通信技术来改善当前设备维护现状展开探讨和研究。首先,文章分析了变电站自动化系统的发展现状,对当前存在的问题进行了总结,在此基础上提出将Web信息发布平台嵌入变电站自动化系统,灵活方便地向系统维护人员提供设备运行信息,使之成为SCADA(Supervisory Control And Data Acquisition)系统的有力补充。其次,文章在充分探讨嵌入式Web服务器的关键技术和变电站通信特点之后,为了适应数据频繁更新的特点,提高嵌入式Web服务器的响应效率,简化服务器端回发的数据,增强Web应用功能,设计并实现了一种高效的嵌入式变电站Web发布平台。该平台在与客户端首次连接时,向客户端发送JavaScript脚本,在客户端建立AJAX(Asynchronous JavaScript and XML)引擎;该引擎通过回调函数获得服务器端回发的异步消息,同时调用浏览器DOM(DocumentObject Model)的API(Application Programming Interface)来实现网页的局部快速刷新;而且此平台采用了基于XML(Extensible Markup Language)文档格式的数据发布方式,除了以异步方式和局部刷新方法向用户提供变电站信息,完成对变电站的远程监视以外,还可以向电力数据网上各类信息系统提供统一的XML文档,实现变电站数据的共享。经过将开源嵌入式实时操作系统μC/OS-Ⅱ以及轻量型TCP/IP协议栈LwIP裁剪并移植,该嵌入式Web信息发布平台已经成功地实现在基于ARM7系列的三星S3C44B0X芯片和RTL8019以太网控制器的嵌入式硬件系统之上。经过Web性能测试,该平台在用户响应时间方面的指标优于传统技术,并在功能测试中达到了预期的设计要求。最后,文章对整个课题作了总结,并对研究内容进行了展望。

【Abstract】 As the development of unattended substation technology, the high maintenance cost of substations, intelligent devices and automation equipments, which are dispersed geographically, is significant. In this paper, the improvement of devices maintenance condition based on novel web communication technology is discussed and researched.Firstly, the development situation of substation automation system is analyzed and the current problems are summarized, based on which, the embedded Web information publishing platform in substation is proposed, as an effective supplement to SCADA (Supervisory Control And Data Acquisition) system, with a flexible and convenient information transmission of devices operation to maintenance personnel.Then, after the key technology of embedded Web server and substation communication characteristics is sufficiently studied, a highly-efficient embedded Web publishing platform in substation is designed. This platform can improve the practical functions and response speed of Web server, and simplify the data sent back from server-side for a better adaptability to frequent data updates.In the system, JavaScript is sent to client at the first connection to set up AJAX (Asynchronous JavaScript and XML) engine, which obtains the asynchronous message from server-side through callback function and finishes local fast refresh of web page by calling API (Application Programming Interface) of DOM (Document Object Model). With data publishing based on XML document format, remote monitoring of substation is realized through providing information to browser by local refreshing in asynchronous mode. In addition, unified XML documents are submitted to various information systems in electric power data network, for the realization of substation data share. By means of clipping and transplant ofμC/OS- II, an open source embedded real time operation system, and LwIP, a light TCP/IP protocols stack, the embedded Web information publishing platform is successfully realized based on ARM7 series SUMSUNG S3C44B0X chip and RTL8019 ethernet controller. Web performance test proves its faster user response time than traditional technology, and web function test proves it meet the designing demand as expected.
