【摘要】 教学工作是学校的中心工作,是培养人才、实现教育目的的基本途径。教师教学质量测评是实现这一途径的重要措施和保证,是突出教学中心地位及作用的主要动力,是检验教育教学质量的重要手段。随着高职教育规模的不断扩大,高职教育的质量问题逐渐成为人们关注的焦点,而教学质量评价作为评价教学质量优劣的主要手段,对于如何保证教学质量起着极其重要的作用。本文对国外和国内教育教学测评现状进行分析和研究,找出了其存在的不足。就高职院校如何构建具有高职特色的教学评价体系这一问题,提出了应根据人才培养质量工程的需要制定包括校内组织实施教学质量评价、校外组织实施教学质量评价、用人单位对毕业生工作质量测评三个方面的内容,进而建立高职教学质量测评指标体系。文中,运用层次分析法对高职院校的教师质量测评体系进行了实践案例的分析与说明。通过详细的系统分析、界面原型设计、数据库设计实现了系统的分析与设计,运用AJAX、权限管理的设计等关键技术实现了高职院校教师测评系统(网络版)的各模块功能并成功在校内运用。更多还原

【Abstract】 The teaching profession is the school main task, is fosters the talent, to realize the educational end essential way. The teacher quality of teaching evaluation is realizes this way important measure and the guarantee, is the prominent teaching center status and the function prime motors, is examines the education quality of teaching the important means. Along with the quality education scale’s unceasing expansion, the quality education’s quality question becomes the focal point which gradually the people pay attention, but the quality of teaching appraisal takes the appraisal quality of teaching fit and unfit quality the principal means that how regarding to guarantee that the quality of teaching is playing the extremely vital role. this article carries on the analysis and the research to overseas and the domestic education teaching evaluation present situation, has discovered its existence insufficiency. To construct how on the quality colleges and universities has quality characteristic teaching appraisal system this question, proposed should need to formulate according to the personnel training quality engineering including the school in organizes to implement the quality of teaching appraisal, the extracurricular organization to implement the quality of teaching appraisal, the Employer to evaluate three aspects to the graduate work quality the contents, then establishment quality quality of teaching evaluation indicator system. In the article, has carried on the practice case analysis and the explanation using the analytic hierarchy process to the quality colleges’ and universities’ teacher quality evaluation system.
