蒙皮效应对轻钢结构力学性能的影响研究

【摘要】 轻钢结构中,压型钢板在其自身平面内具有很大的抗剪能力,其参与结构整体受力,对主体结构有加强作用,大大提高了结构的空间整体性。这被称为压型钢板的蒙皮效应。本文分析了压型钢板受力蒙皮作用的机理,回顾了近年来国内外对受力蒙皮作用进行的理论和实验研究及其研究成果,利用有限元程序SAP2000通过对不考虑蒙皮作用的一般房屋和考虑蒙皮效应房屋进行几何非线性有限元分析,研究结构的内力分布规律和变形情况,通过对比分析发现蒙皮作用对结构性能的影响。首先,建立与已有实验相吻合的有限元模型,分析蒙皮支撑轴心受压构件,并与已有试验结果进行对比分析,证明可以用有限元程序SAP2000对结构进行考虑蒙皮效应的有限元分析。对不考虑蒙皮作用的一般轻钢厂房、考虑蒙皮效应的轻钢厂房和平面为可变体系的蒙皮结构轻钢厂房进行了计算机模拟加载分析,通过对比模拟分析结果,得出蒙皮效应对房屋的贡献。其次,对影响蒙皮效应的主要因素,如:压型钢板的厚度、框架柱的长细比、屋面坡度等参数进行了分析,得出这些因素对结构侧移及内力的影响规律。最后,提出一些工程实践中考虑蒙皮效应设计的一般规律和建议,并为下一步的研究打下良好的基础。

【Abstract】 In light steel structure,corrugated steel sheet can bear load with the steel frame together. Because it has large capacity of shear-resistance in its own plane. This is good for the structure to bear load in spatial manner. And this is called stressed-skin effect of corrugated steel sheet. This paper analyzes the mechanism of stress diaphra}n action, reviews the theoretical and experimental researches on stressed skin effect,use the finite element analysis software "SAP2000" and the finite element method for geometric nonlinear analysis of diaphragm structure under static loading is presented in this paper by finite-element software. By comparing the result of analysis of the models it finds the contributions of skin to buildings,such as the distribution law of internal force and the situation of deformation.First,Set up the models coincidence to the experiment,analysis of diaphragm braced columns under static loading. The results have good agreements with the result of other’s experiments,so we can analyze the structure with this method. Then analysis through computer loading simulation the ordinary light steel structure without considering the stressed skin action, the light steel structure considering the stressed skin action and the light steel structure considering the stressed skin action which the plane fram is of unstable system, by comparing the result of analysis of the models it finds the contributions of skin to buildings.Second,comparing the single layer of light steel structure and the steel considering stressed skin diaphragm and without considering stressed skin diaphragm,and analys the"entity body system"of skin diaphragm Considering the effect of the the thickness of the panel,the A of the column and the slope of the roof are studied.Finally, some conclusions and suggestions that are important to design and construct are obtained,and which provides a good basis for the further research of the stressed skin diaphragm structure.
