吊沟岭隧道软岩施工方法研究

【摘要】 本论文结合武广客运专线吊沟岭隧道出口软岩段的施工,采用施工方案比选、数值模拟分析和现场量测数据回归分析等研究手段,对隧道的软岩进行了施工方法的研究。主要的研究工作为:(1)对吊沟岭隧道出口软岩段施工方案进行比选研究,选择出Ⅳ级围岩及Ⅴ级围岩采用的施工方法分别是:Ⅳ级围岩采用三台阶法施工,Ⅴ级围岩采用CRD法施工。(2)对Ⅳ级围岩和Ⅴ级围岩的不同埋深条件,按照确定的施工方法按开挖步骤进行了有限元数值模拟,研究了围岩塑性区、洞周位移量以及围岩应力场的变化情况。(3)对Ⅳ级围岩隧道拱顶下沉和隧道周边水平收敛的量测数据进行回归分析,选择出了最佳的指数函数曲线回归方程,分析并得出了开挖后围岩稳定的时间,同时通过对数值模拟的结果与现场量测的结果进行对比分析,验证了有限元数值模拟的可靠性。本文以目前正在兴建的客运专线隧道为研究对象,对软岩隧道合理的施工方法进行研究,研究成果对吊沟岭隧道设计和施工有一定的参考价值,对类似的软岩隧道工程有一定的借鉴作用。

【Abstract】 The thesis linked with the construction of Diaogou Mountain tunnel in Wuhan-Guangzhou Passenger Line,and based on the analyse of construction method , the numerical analysis method and the monitoring theory, the construction method for the super large section tunnel in softrock are studied. The study work may be summarized as follows:1.The method of construction in softrock of diaogouling tunnel’s exit is in progress than selections studies , that the method choosing the construction that the IV level surrounding rock and the V level surrounding rock adopt out parts for is: The IV level surrounding rock adopt three flight of steps method to be under construction , the V level surrounding rock adopt CRD method to be under construction.2.According to the numerical simulation of characters of repress- entative excavating and supporting, the relation among the variety of plastic range, internal force of preliminary support, deformation of cavern, progressing of excavating settlement of arch crown is studied. The excavating and supporting plan is reasonable from the result of the data processing.3.The excavating and supporting plan is whether reasonable or not is feedbacked by settlement of arch crown and convergence measure . At the same time, the reliability of numerical simulation is validated.This thesis is based on the tunnel in Newly-built (Wuhan-Guangzhou) Passenger Dedicated Line and it studies the reasonable construction method in Passenger Dedicated Line. Its achievement has been applied to engineering practice, resulting remarkable economic and social effects. It also provides similar projects with valuable experience.
