上下交叉隧道近接施工技术的研究

Study on Construction Scheme of Up-down-crossing and Small Clear-span Tunnels

【摘要】 随着我国现代化的进程和交通路网的不断完善,在新建交通路线时遇到既有结构物的机会逐年增多。在隧道工程方面,地下工程的飞速发展,也使新建洞室和既有洞室遭遇几率越来越大,遭遇的形式越来越繁杂,在空间位置上,有水平方向的并行,也有竖直方向的上下交叉、重叠等,且相邻洞室的间距越来越小。新建的地下工程,为了满足使用功能的需要,也存在小净距的相邻洞室同时施工的问题。本文以温福客运专线琯头岭隧道下穿同三高速公路的琯头岭隧道的施工技术方案为出发点,采用通用有限元分析软件ANSYS研究了新建隧道和既有隧道对不同的开挖方案的施工方法选择敏感性的影响,通过试验段来验证初步拟订施工方案的可行性,在方案实施过程中,建立了完善的监控测试体系。在两隧道的竖直方向间距仅3.24m的困难条件下保证了铁路隧道的施工安全和既有公路隧道的结构安全。通过理论研究和工程实践,得到以下主要结论和成果:①建立了三维模型对琯头岭新建铁路隧道隧道和既有公路隧道在不同的开挖支护条件下的进行有限元分析,得到在琯头岭隧道的围岩条件下,围岩的位移和内力对开挖方式不敏感,与经验分析和工程实际相符。增大了选择方案的灵活性。找到施工过程控制的重点是爆破振动的影响。②在琯头岭隧道大量实测数据的基础上,对实测数据进行了回归处理与分析;利用实测数据的支持下,改变了原设计的部分支护方式。为安全快速通过交叉段创造了条件。

【Abstract】 With developing of modernization process and traffic network, there is more and more possibility to encounter existent constructions year after year. In tunnel project constraction, rapid expanding of underground engineering brings on more possibility of new structure colliding with old structure. Format of colliding is more and more complex. It’s necessary to study small clear-span tunnel simultaneous construction scheme in new underground project.The thesis bases on guangtouling tunnel contructiing technical scheme in Wenzhou-Fuzhou passenger transport railway line which under-crossed Tongzhou-Sanya highway. Influence of difference excavating schemes and constrcting methods has been researched using universal finite element analyze software ANSYS. Feasibility of scheduled constrcting methods has been validated by pilot plant. Comprehensive inspect and test architecture bring into scheme realization process. Structure security had been ensured under 3.24m vertical interval between railway new tunnel and highway old tunnel.Some main conclusion and achievement are attained by theory study and engineering practice:①Three-dimensional model is established to realize finite element analysis about excavating support and protect conditions of Guantouling new railway tunnel, which crosses with old highway tunnel. Analysis result shows that wall rock’s displacement and internal force are sensitiveless with excavating mode, and consistent with experience analysis and project practice. Analysis result is useful for flexible choosing excavating scheme. The construction process control’s emphases is exploding vibrancy effect.②Based on abundant Guantouling tunnel project actual measuring data, regression procedure and analysis is put forward. Using actual measuring data support, some support and protect modes were changed. All the work is used for creating conditions to satisfy safe and rapid passing in crosse section.
