既有大跨度预应力混凝土连续刚构桥使用性能分析

【摘要】 大跨度预应力混凝土连续刚构桥具有自身的特点和优越性,在交通工程上日益得到普遍推广使用。目前投入使用的既有大跨PC连续刚构桥中,存在着各种各样影响其使用性能且表现出一般的共性和规律性的病害。这些病害主要有:箱梁腹板、底板出现裂缝;跨中下挠过大;预应力失效日益严重,施工过程的各类缺陷等。本文基于对连续刚构桥的结构分析和施工工艺对其使用性能影响的分析,重点考虑了以下主要因素:结构受力特点与相应的预应力布置方式、结构构造特点、混凝土收缩徐变、温度的变化、施工过程、挠度的计算方法及箱梁裂缝等。本文以广州市东圃特大桥为工程实例,对既有连续刚构桥损伤状况进行分析研究,结合分析成果,提出在设计阶段应该更全面更合理地考虑到影响使用性能的因素,在施工阶段采取合理的施工技术保障措施。

【Abstract】 With special characteristics and advantages, the long-span PC continuous rigid frame bridge have been widely used in bridge engineering. But there are many kinds of damages in the existing long-span PC continuous rigid frame bridge, which existed regularly and had negatively influences on the bridge serviceability. These damages include cracks in box girder, too large deflection in the middle span, the effective prestressing forces losing, and low quality in construction processes.This paper analyzed the serviceability of the long-span PC continuous rigid frame bridge based on the structural analysis and construction processes. The following main factors have been considered including structural characteristics, arrangement of prestressing tendons, concrete creep and shrinkage, temperature, construction process, calculating method of deflection, cracks in box girder, etc.Dongpu bridge located in Guangzhou was used as an sample in the paper to analyze the damage degree to the existing long-span continuous rigid frame bridge. Based on the results of analysis, some suggestions have been given for the serviceability control to the long-span continuous rigid frame bridge in design and construction processes.
