高速铁路预应力混凝土连续梁施工工艺研究

【摘要】 近年来,铁路交通建设和城市道路基础建设的发展,为国民经济的发展,特别是交通运输、交通旅游、加强地区联系、促进地区之间经济发展中发挥了巨大作用。同时,铁路桥梁结构类型、施工技术水平也随之有了相应发展,特别是预应力混凝土连续梁桥施工工艺发展更是日新月异。桥梁是铁路跨越江河、山谷及其它线路(公路、铁路)等障碍物的重要结构物,我国的桥梁建设水平已经迈进了世界先进行列。在桥梁建设中,先进设备、先进技术及新工艺、新材料得到了广泛应用,特别是近年来随着高速铁路建设的迅猛发展,预应力混凝土连续梁桥已经十分成熟,其建设队伍空前壮大,其施工工艺及技术正在不断被广大工程技术人员所掌握。本文内容主要以高速铁路预应力混凝土连续梁施工工艺为主线,叙述了脚手架施工工艺,模板施工工艺,钢筋施工工艺,混凝土施工工艺,预应力施工工艺,孔道压浆及封端施工等。在叙述过程中,列举了一些实例加以说明。同时,以合武铁路金家畈大桥为例,简单介绍有限元软件ANSYS在工程中的应用,并建立三维实体有限元模型,利用ANSYS生死单元功能模拟施工过程,通过仿真分析得到满堂架在各个施工阶段、预应力加载前后的受力、变形及稳定性等数值,为金家畈大桥满堂架的施工设计提供了有力的依据。同时,利用结构仿真分析,能够作为设计和施工的参考依据,提供了非常直观的可视化结果,在桥梁结构工程中具有实际意义。本文所依据的分析理论和采用的计算方法能很好的反映实际情况,对同类桥型的建设具有一定的参考价值。

【Abstract】 In recent years, the development of the rail communication construction and the city road infrastructure has made great impact on the develop of national economy , especially on communications and transportation, transptation travel, reinforcing the region contact and promoting the economy development between the regions. At the same time, the structure type of railroad bridges and the construction technique level also immediately corresponds the development. The construction craft development of prestressed concrete continuous bridge has also been changed each passing day especially.The bridge is the important structure that the railroad crosses over the barrier, such as rivers, valley and the other circuit ( highway, railroad),etc. The bridge construction level of our country has already moved forward to the advanced rank of the world In the bridge construction, the advanced equipments, advanced technique, new craft and new materials got the extensive application. Especially in recent years, along with the fast development of the high-speed railway, the construct of the prestressed concrete continuous bridge has already been very mature. The construction craft and techniques are continuously mastered by the large engineering technical personnel.This thesis contents mainly on the construction craft of the prestressed concrete continuous bridge. It described the scaffold construction craft, template construction craft, reinforced bar construction craft, concrete construction craft, initial stress construction craft, duct mud jacking and end capped construction, etc. In the process of describing, it illustrated the content by some examples. At the same time, taking the Jin Jiafan bridge on He Wu railroad as an example, it introduced the application of ANSYS software in the engineering in brief, and built up a three-dimensional entities model, made use of the life and death element function of the ANSYS to imitate the construction process. Through emulation analysis, it got the numeric in each construction stage of the full framing, the stress, deformation and stability of the initial stress fore and after loadon. It provided the emollient basis for the construction design of the full framing of the Jin Jiafan bridge. At the same time, making the use of emulation analysis, it can be the reference of design and construction, and it provided the visual result. It has the actual meaning in the bridge structure engineering.The analytical theories and the calculation method the paper adopted had a good reflection of the actual circumstance. It has the certain reference value to the construction of the same kind bridge.
