【摘要】 本文主要针对城市商业步行街区的设计问题展开讨论,将其置于中心城区动态发展这一背景下进行研究。运用宏观与微观结合的思想,从城市发展的角度寻求商业步行街区的设计理念,探讨以促进中心城区动态发展为目标的设计原则和方法。首先,从中西方城市发展轨迹和城市商业步行街区的建设历程入手,提炼归纳西方中心城区动态发展过程中商业步行街区的建设理念变迁以及其对我国的影响和启示:探讨我国商业步行街区发展的影响因素及面临的问题。本章分析的是商业步行街区与中心城区动态发展的关系,得出中心城区的动态发展对商业步行街区建设的影响,以及商业步行街区在中心城区中的重要作用:实现中心城区良好的交通秩序;推动中心城区经济发展;承载中心城区历史和文化传统;城市生活的重要载体。其次,承接背景和现状分析,探讨在我国城市发展和中心城区动态发展的趋势背景下城市商业步行街区的建设理论。从我国商业步行街区的特征和发展趋势入手,尝试提出商业步行街区设计目标和原则。设计原则主要为:整体性和系统性原则,多样性原则,重视设计质量,人性化设计,地域保护原则。然后,进入本文的核心研究部分——提出商业步行街区设计策略。在提出战略构想之后,进行商业步行街区的设计方法的探讨,主要从三个角度进行:一是规划布局设计,以商业步行街区的定位及选址、系统网络化设计、交通系统为主要研究点;二是步行空间设计,研究了商业步行街区空间形态、功能构成、景观环境、历史记忆四个方面的设计方法;三是对商业步行街区的运作和管理进行了研究,提出建议。最后,运用上述研究成果,对成都市中心城区商业步行街区进行解析和评价,以此作为论文的实践分析。在中心城区动态发展这一前提条件下,对成都市商业步行街区系统和个案分别进行评析,提出改进意见。更多还原

【Abstract】 Under the topic of center city dynamic development, this paper discuss the issues of urban commercial pedestrian streets design. Based on macroscopically and microcosmic ideas, tries to find commercial pedestrian streets design principle, notion and approaches, so as to help the center city development.First of all, this paper discuss the commercial pedestrian streets importance in center city by analyzing the connection of them, using for reference of developed countries city development ways and their commercial pedestrian streets construction courses. The importance includes help making fine traffic ability, promoting flourish economy, succeeding history and culture, and supporting high part of urban life activities. And then operates out the commercial pedestrian streets ideas transforming in the process of center city dynamic development: refining urban traffic performance, maintaining commercial attraction, representing humanlization, and producing urban life.Secondly, according to directions of Chinese city development and center city dynamic development , analyses the construction currents of our commercial pedestrian streets, summarizes trends and discusses the suitable design notion of our country under the nowadays rapid development process. The design principles are system notion, variety requirement, regarding design quality, humanlization and region protection.Thirdly, it comes to the main part of the paper: bring forward the idea of commercial pedestrian streets, discussing the design methods. It contains three aspects: first, commercial pedestrian streets layout design including position selecting, system network design and traffic system plan. Second, pedestrian streets spatial design which contains spatial form, function structure, landscaping environment and history recollection. Third, researching on operation and management of commercial pedestrian streets.Finally, based on the research result above, gives the analysis and valuation of Chengdu commercial pedestrian streets as substantial evidence. In condition of center city dynamic development, analyzes the Chengdu pedestrian streets system and individual examples, and also gives some advice.更多还原
