【摘要】 当今是一个经济全球化、消费个性化、业务数字化、生产过程复杂多样,市场瞬息万变的信息化时代。在这样的大环境下,中小型汽车制造业面对的比以往任何时期都要多的竞争者。为了在竞争中取得胜利,中小型汽车制造企业必须联合汽车制造业产业链上的每一个节点企业,建立紧密的业务关系、经济利益相连的经济资源联盟,实现优势互补,从而适应社会化大生产的竞争环境,共同增强市场竞争实力,达到多赢的目标。供应链也从狭义的企业内部业务流程扩展为广义的企业间业务协作。Internet和信息技术的广泛应用,协同电商务成为企业提高竞争力、适应市场竞争的有效方式,各大汽车企业纷纷将其采购供应链与协同电子商务相结合,以通过信息技术来克服传统采购业务的弊端。本文在分析现存问题的基础上,结合中小型汽车制造业代管库存模式,着重研究了适合中小型汽车制造业的协同采购运作模式和其技术解决方案并且开发应用。本文选择了某汽车制造厂作为主要调研对象,经过对调研内容的归纳总结,得出了国内的中小型汽车制造企业在协同采购方面一些共性的特点。本文基于协同采购的涵义,把汽车制造业的协同采购运作模式细化为两个层面:即企业采购内部协同、企业采购外部协同。其中在过去的信息化改造中汽车制造业企业采购内部协同通过ERP系统的管理已经完善,而汽车制造企业外部协同模式结合供应链管理模式下的供应商库存管理进行研究,实现了代管库存的信息协同。XML数据文件是一种与平台无关,具有强大扩展性和通用性的存文本文件。XML已成为异构关系数据库转换的公共数据模型。在代管库存系统中系统交互设计方面,利用基于XML数据交互技术可以实现企业内、外部系统的良好的信息交互。同时可以扩展到不同数据库系统的企业同样适用。从而打破了企业内部独立运行的ERP系统与外界信息交互的屏障。本文不但讨论了中小型汽车制造业实施代管库存信息协同的运作模式,同时探讨了协同采购的业务流程。与原业务流程相比,大幅提高了流程的执行效率,降低了库存成本。更多还原

【Abstract】 Information times is the era of global economy,digital services, personalized consumption,and complicated operating process,fast changing market,and increasing diversified trends.Under such environment,the middle and small scale automotive industry faced wanted many competitors compared to formerly any time.For gains the victory in the competition,the middle and small scale automobile Manufacturing firm must unite on the automotive industry chain’s each node enterprise,establishes the close business relation,the economic interest connected economic resource alliance,realizes the survival of the fittest,thus the adaptation socialization big production’s environment of competition,strengthens the market competition strength together,achieves goal which wins.Supplies the chain also to expand from the narrow enterprise interior operation flow for during the generalized enterprise the service cooperation. Internet and information technology’s widespread application,the coordination electricity commerce becomes the enterprise to enhance the competitive power,to adapt the market competition effective way, each big automobile enterprise in abundance unifies its purchase supply chain and coordination electronic commerce,by overcomes the traditional purchase service through the information technology the malpractice.This article in the analysis extant question’s foundation unifies the middle and small scale automotive industry substitute management stock pattern,studied emphatically has suited the middle and small scale automotive industry the coordination purchase operation pattern and its technology solution,and development application.This article chose some Auto manufacturer to take the main investigation and study object,passed through to the investigation and study content induction summary,has obtained the domestic middle and small scale automobile Manufacturing firm in coordination purchase aspect some general character characteristic.This article based on the coordination purchase’s implication,automotive industry’s coordination purchase operation pattern refinement is two stratification planes:Namely the enterprise purchases the internal coordination,the enterprise to purchase the exterior coordination. And the automotive industry enterprise purchased the internal coordination in the past’s transformation already to consummate through the ERP system’s management,but under the automobile Manufacturing firm exterior coordination pattern union supply chain management pattern’s supplier stock management conducted the research, has realized the substitute management stock information coordination.The XML data file is one kind has nothing to do with the platform, has the formidable extension and versatile saves the text document. XML has become the public data model which isomerism relational database transforms.The system designs the aspect alternately in the substitute management inventory system,uses may realize in the enterprise,external system’s good information based on the XML data interactive technology to be interactive.Simultaneously may expand to the different database system’s enterprise is similarly suitable.
