【副题名】海水多种有机污染物现场光学分析仪

【摘要】 随着海洋的加剧开发,海洋污染越来越严重,有机物是其重要污染源。海洋有机污染物监测是海洋环境监测的重要部分之一,我们开发的海洋多种有机污染物现场光学分析仪实能同时测量多种有机污染物(叶绿素-a、酚、黄色物质、石油),真正实现了现场、实时、连续测量,测量达到了国际水平。在原理样机的基础上,我们采用国内比较先进的微电子技术,采用了成熟的屏蔽技术,选用可靠性更高的电子元器件设计和改进了仪器的主控电路板。本文将致力于研究以W78E516BP为中心的主控电路板的设计和研究,主要包括:电源电路设计,时钟电路设计,光栅步进电机驱动电路设计,荧光步进电机驱动电路设计,光源电源电路设计,打印机电路设计,液晶显示电路设计,数据存储电路设计,键盘电路设计,串口电路设计等;系统驱动软件设计和上位机人机界面设计。设计出的仪器拥有良好的人机界面,通过控制面板的键盘,可以方便的控制仪器和调整各项仪器参数,测试结果通过LCD显示,可以脱离电脑独立工作,也可以通过串口和计算机相连,测试数据通过电脑显示。为了使整个系统具有很强的抗干扰和噪声能力,能够在恶劣的海上环境下长期和可靠的运行,本系统从硬件和软件两方面出发尽可能提高系统的可靠性。硬件可靠性主要从芯片选型、电路设计、布局布线、隔离电路板模块、屏蔽数据总线等方面考虑;软件的可靠性主要通过模块化编成和较好的异常化处理等方面保证。实验结果表明:各项指标基本达到了设计要求。

【Abstract】 With the worsening of marine development,marine pollution has become increasingly serious,organic matter is an important source of pollution. Marine organic pollutants monitoring the marine environment is an important part of the monitoring.We have developed a variety of organic pollutants in the marine field optical analyzer is capable of simultaneously measuring a variety of organic pollutants(chlorophylla, phenol,yellow material,petroleum),truly realized the scene, real-time,continuous measurement,measurement to the international level.In principle on the basis of the prototype,we have adopted a more advanced country in the microelectronics technology,in a mature shielding technology,use higher reliability electronic components design and improvement of the apparatus of control circuit boards.This paper will be devoted to the research center to W78E516BP the control circuit board design and research,including:Power circuit design,clock circuit design,grating stepper motor driver circuit design,fluorescence stepper motor driver circuit design,power source circuit design,circuit design printers,liquid crystal display circuit design,data storage circuit design,circuit design of the keyboard,serial circuit design; system driver software design and PC man-machine interface design.Design equipment with good man-machine interface,through the keyboard control panel can be easily adjusted the control of the apparatus and equipment parameters,test results through the LCD display,can work independently from the computer,but also can be connected to the computer through the serial port and,the test data can be displayed through the computer. In order to make the system as a whole has a strong anti-interference and noise in the marine environment under adverse long-term and reliable operation of the system from both the hardware and software of the highest possible reliability of the system,mainly from the chip hardware reliability election type,circuit design,placement and routing, isolation circuit board modules,such as shielding data bus to consider, and the reliability of software mainly through modular organization and better treatment of abnormal assurance.The experimental results show that:the index reached a basic design requirements.
