【摘要】 新经济时代从根本上改变了企业战略管理的假设前提,强调未来的不连续性和环境的波动性,企业竞争力的构成要素发生了改变,创新能力成为最重要的构成要素之一。在这种复杂多变的竞争条件下,越来越多的企业意识到单凭自身力量难以在竞争激烈的市场环境中生存和发展。20世纪80年代,基于对企业竞争关系的战略性调整,企业纷纷从对立竞争转变为合作竞争,企业间关系形成了一张大而密的企业网络,快速地实现彼此间信息交流与合作。中国的民营企业经过20多年的发展,在国民经济中占有着越来越重要的地位。但是中国大多数民营企业大多以劳动密集型产业为主,生产装备、生产方式、产品技术含量等都处于较低水平;另一方面,由于资源和信息获取条件的限制,民营企业在自主创新和整合能力方面缺乏竞争力。创新网络是不同创新参与者构成的协同群体,成为了动态复杂环境下企业增强竞争力的重要途径。江苏作为民营经济大省,在近几年发展较快,其民营企业的数量和规模都位于全国前列,但也存在许多制约因素,阻碍了江苏民营企业竞争力的提升。本文首先对国内外关于企业竞争力研究及其评价的研究现状进行了回顾,然后对创新、创新网络和民营企业的概念、内涵以及民营企业竞争力的构成要素及其演变等进行了研究,并从社会学、经济学、管理学的理论角度综合研究了创新网络与民营企业竞争力的关系,阐述了创新网络结构关系、创新网络能力对企业竞争力的作用,在此基础上构建了基于创新网络的企业竞争力因素集。随后进一步对民营企业竞争力的关键维度进行分析,采用专家咨询法和层次分析法确定评价指标及其权重。最后,通过对江苏民营企业竞争力的综合评价以及与浙江、广东民营企业竞争力的横向比较分析,指出了基于创新网络的制约江苏民营企业竞争力提升的主要因素,并提出了提升江苏民营企业竞争力的对策思路。更多还原

【Abstract】 The new economic era has radically changed the hypothesis precondition of the study of strategic management, which is focusing on the discontinuity of the future and the uncertainty of the environment, and also changed the inscapes of the company competitiveness. Innovation ability has become one of the most important competitive factors. Nowadays more and more firms realize that it’s hard to survive in the fiercely competitive circumstances without cooperation. Since 1980s, many companies, based on the strategic adjustment, have changed their ways of competition from confrontational competition to cooperative competition, and the emerging powerful relational network accelerate the speed and effect of the information exchange and cooperation between different organizations.The private enterprises in China have been developing for more than twenty years, and become a major driving force of China’s national economic growth. However, there are still many problems. For instance, most of the private enterprises are labor-intensive industries, the production methods, the technological content of the products are at a low level. Meanwhile, they are weak in the self-determination innovation ability and integration capacity. Innovation network, which is a cooperative colony made up of different innovative bodies, become an important way to improve. With the rapid development of private economic, Jiangsu province walks ahead in China for its quantity and size of the private enterprises. But there are still many factors restrict its further development.The article reviews the studies of competition and its evaluation at first. Then it introduces the concepts of innovation, innovation network, private enterprise, and the inscapes of company competence. It also indicates the relationship between innovation network and competitive competence of the private enterprises based on the views of demotics, economics and management, and the way how the structure and management competence of the innovation network influence the competitive competence, from which we find the factors for competence evaluation system. Moreover, it makes systems analysis of the key factors of the evaluating system, and selects the most measurable and scientific key factors by consulting management experts and using the method of AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process). Finally, it makes a comprehensive evaluation on the private enterprises in Jiangsu province and compares the results with those in Zhejiang and Guangdong province. According to the result, it points out the main problems which obstruct the advancement of the competitive competence of the private enterprises in Jiangsu province, and provides solutions to improve the competence of the private enterprises in Jiangsu Province.更多还原
