农村中学民族民间体育课程资源的开发与利用研究

【摘要】 当前,随着素质教育的大力实施和课程改革的稳步推进,《体育与健康课程标准》明确指出,积极开发利用课程资源是顺利实施课程的重要组成部分,因地制宜开发利用各种课程资源,可以发挥课程资源应有的教育优势,体现课程的弹性和地方特点。尤其是西部少数民族贫困地区体育课程资源开发方面的研究是非常必要的。因此,使得具有教育性、健身性、娱乐性、地域性等特征的民族民间体育在建设有特色的地方课程和校本课程时脱颖而出。本文采用文献资料法、访谈法、实地考察法、问卷调查法、数理统计法、逻辑分析法等研究方法,以湘西自治州凤凰县为例,对农村中学民族民间体育课程资源的开发与利用进行研究。在借鉴前人研究的基础上,文中对民族民间体育、体育课程资源等相关概念进行了梳理,对凤凰县民族民间体育项目资源进行分类整理,对凤凰县农村中学体育课程资源现状进行调查分析,论述了农村中学民族民间体育课程资源开发与利用的基本原则,简要提出了农村中学民族民间体育课程资源开发与利用的策略。研究结果表明:凤凰县民族民间体育资源丰富、形式多样、群众基础好,但在农村中学没有开发利用起来。凤凰县农村中学体育课程资源水平低,主要表现在:体育教师总体学历偏低,高职称教师数量少;体育设施资源较差,不能满足教学训练的要求,教师也很少开发利用设施资源;课程内容资源中依然是以竞技运动项目为主,民族民间体育项目资源的开发较少,开发手段单一;学生很少参加课外、校外体育活动;自然地理资源虽然很丰富,但学校开发与利用却严重不足;体育信息资源的获取途径单一、手段较落后,主要通过电视、体育书籍、观看体育比赛等手段,先进的信息检索技术还未得到广泛应用。针对以上问题,本文认为:凤凰县农村中学在民族民间体育课程资源的开发与利用中应坚持以下几个原则:科学性原则、效率优先原则、以学生为本原则、教师自主创新原则、目标导向原则、因地制宜原则、资源共享原则。同时应从民族民间体育人力资源、内容资源、设施资源、信息资源等方面找到开发与利用民族民间体育课程资源的措施。在开发与利用的过程中,还应注意充分体现“健康第一”的指导思想、必须发挥地方教育主管部门的主导作用、选择趣味性强学生易开展的项目、选择的项目要有健身价值、要应地制宜的选择各种项目等问题。

【Abstract】 At present, with the vigorous implementation of the quality of education and curriculum reform is making steady headway, "Sports (health) curriculum standards," made it clear that exploiting the smooth implementation of curriculum resources is an important component of the curriculum, according to local conditions resources development and utilization of various courses, curriculum resources due to play the advantages of education, of course flexibility and local characteristics. Especially in the western poverty-stricken ethnic minority areas physical education curriculum resources development research is essential. Therefore, making a educational, fitness, entertainment, regional and other characteristics of the folk sports in the building of the characteristics of the local curriculum and school-based curriculum come to the fore.In this paper, documentation, interviews, site visits, surveys, mathematical statistics and logic analysis, and other research methods, Fenghuang County in the Xiangxi Autonomous Prefecture as an example, the rural folk school physical education curriculum resource development and utilization of research. Draw on previous research on the basis of the text of the folk sports, physical education curriculum and other resources related to the concept of combing the Fenghuang County folk sports resources for classification of Fenghuang County in rural secondary school physical education curriculum resources to investigate the status quo analysis, on the rural folk sports school curriculum resources development and utilization of the basic principles, briefly discussed the rural folk school physical education curriculum resources development and utilization strategy.The results show that: Fenghuang County folk sports is rich in resources, diversity, the basis of good, but not in rural development and utilization of secondary schools up. Fenghuang County in rural schools with low levels of physical education curriculum resources, the main problems: physical education teachers generally low academic qualifications, a small number of high-Title teachers, sports facilities resource poor and can not meet the requirements of teaching and training, teacher development and utilization of facilities and few resources of the ; Curriculum resources are still the main item on sports, folk sports resources development in less developed means of a single; Students rarely participate in extra-curricular and extracurricular sports activities; although very rich natural and geographical resources, but development and utilization of the school is a serious shortage of sports access to information resources of a single, means less, mainly through television, newspapers, magazines and other means of advanced information Search technology has not yet been widely applied.For the above-mentioned problems, the paper said: Fenghuang County in rural secondary schools in folk physical education curriculum development and utilization of resources should adhere to the following principles: scientific principles, the principle of giving priority to efficiency, student-oriented principle, the principle of independent innovation of teachers, goal-oriented principle, the principle of suiting measures to local conditions, the principle of sharing of resources. At the same time from the folk sports human resources, content resources, facilities resources, natural and geographical resources, information and resources found in the development and use of folk sports curriculum resources measures. In the development and utilization of the process, attention should be paid to fully embody the "health first" guiding ideology, must play a local education departments in charge of the leading role of students choose strong interest in the project easy to choose a fitness value of the item , The system should be the choice of various projects, and other issues.
