稀土大磁致伸缩换能器式环保洗衣机中关键技术的研究

【摘要】 随着人们环保意识的增强,各种环保洗衣机受到了广大消费者的青睐。超声波洗涤是一种环保而优良的洗涤方式,它在我国的清洗领域有着广泛的应用,有一套成熟的理论。我国超声波洗衣机的研究相对滞后,基于此,提出本论文的相关研究内容。超声波洗衣机主要利用超声波在液体中的空化效应来洗涤衣物,它的核心部件是换能器。本论文主要针对稀土大磁致伸缩材料换能器的设计,以及超声洗涤中的噪声防治进行研究,具体有以下几个方面:1.换能器的设计确定换能器的一些基本参数,其中关键的是谐振频率的计算。2.超声波清洗的机理对超声波洗衣的原理进行分析,得出超声波洗衣机的一些结构特点。3.换能器的安装针对换能器安装中容易脱落的现象,提出了采用螺栓连接的构想,保证换能器在洗衣机的寿命范围内都不脱落。4.空化噪声的防治分析超声波清洗产生噪声的原因,提出各种减噪、防噪的措施。

【Abstract】 Along with the people environmental protection consciousness enhancement, each kind of environmental protection washer has received as the general consumers’ favour. The ultrasonic cleaning is a most washing way of environmental protection. It has the wide spread application in the cleaning domain of our country, ant has a set of mature theories. The research of our country ultrasonic washer is relative lag. Based on this, the paper content is presented.The ultrasonic washer uses cavitation effect for washing the clothing . Its core part is a transducer. In the paper, the design of giant magnetostrictive supersonic transducer, and some advice that reduce cavitation noise has been analized. The concrete content is as follows:1. The design of the transducer. Define some basic parameters of the transducer. And the key is the computation of the resonance frequency.2. The theory of ultrasonic cleaning. The theory of ultrasonic has been analized.Then we can get some structive features of the ultrasonic wave washer.3. The installment of the transducers. In order to ruduce happenning the phenomenon that the transducer easily falls off, The conception of the bold fastening has been taken,which can guarantee that the transducers don’t fall off in the washer’s nature life.4. Cavitation noises preventing and controlling. Analyse the reason that ultrasonic cleaning has the cavitation noise, and give some adveices that reduce chirp, guard against chirp.
