聚2-氨基嘧啶衍生物的合成及性能研究

【摘要】 做为一个重要的生物内源物质,嘧啶杂环广泛存在于生物体内参与生命活动。本论文合成了一系列新型嘧啶类衍生物以及聚醚。并进行了生物活性测试。2-氨基嘧啶是一种典型的缺电子芳香杂环化合物,可以与富电子单元可以组成电荷转移型共聚物。本论文在查阅大量文献和综合前人所作工作的基础上,合成了一系列新型嘧啶类共聚物。主要的研究内容为如下:(1)合成了新型嘧啶类衍生物以及嘧啶类聚醚并进行了初步的生物活性测试。结果表明,所合成的化合物都有非常好的抑菌作用。(2)采用金属配合物催化法,合成了主链含有嘧啶环与噻吩环的新型共轭聚合物。在共聚物的DMF溶液中加入有机酸时, DMF溶液表现出酸致变色现象。(3)用溶液聚合法聚合了2-N,N-二甲胺基-4,6-二噻吩基嘧啶和2-N,N-二甲胺基-4,6-二呋喃基嘧啶为单体的均聚物。在共聚物的DMF溶液中加入有机酸时, DMF溶液同样表现出酸致变色现象。(4)采用金属配合物催化法,合成了主链含有嘧啶环与12-烷氧基苯环的新型发蓝光的共轭聚合物。在共聚物的CHCl3溶液中加入有机酸时, CHCl3溶液同样表现出酸致变色现象。(5)采用Sonogashira偶联法,合成了发蓝光的具有较好荧光性能的嘧啶类聚合物。并对聚合物进行了初步性能研究。
【Abstract】 Be used as an important inside source material of the life-form, the miscellaneous pyrimidine ring exists in the inside of the living creature body extensively and participate into the life activity. A series of new pyrimidine derivatives and polyethers have been synthesized on the bases of others research work and their bioactivity have been observed.In addition, the pyrimidine also has been attracted by its electrondefect property because it can be a charge thransfered copolymer withπ-electron excessive rings.The corresponding polymers have been prepared through nickel (II) complexes catalyzed cross-coupling reactions.(1) Ramification of 2-amino-pyrimidine and poly ether of pyrimidines was synthesized and its bioactivity study was carried out.the result shows that all the synthesized compounde have good bacteriosasis against the tested .(2) Polymers containing pyrimidine rings and thiophene units were prepared utilizing nickel(II)complexes catalysed cross-coupling reactions.The acidichromism behavior was investigated applying organic acids such as CF3COOH and CH3SO3H.(3) N,N-dimethyl-4,6-di(thiophen-2-yl)pyrimidin-2-amine and 4,6 - di(furan-2-yl) -N,N- dimethylpyrimidin -2-amine were polymerized by using FeCl3 as oxidizer. The acidichromism behavior was investigated applying organic acids such as CF3COOH.(4) Polymers containing pyrimidine ring and benzene units were prepared..The polymer can emit very strong blue fluorescence.(5) Polymers containing pyrimidine rings were prepared by Sonogashira ross-coupling reactions.The polymer can emit very strong blue fluorescence.
