论大学生思想政治教育中非智力因素的培养

【摘要】 人类已进入二十一世纪,影响人们生活的各个领域都在发生着巨大的变化,知识经济的到来、科技与信息的高速增长、网络时代的发展、社会竞争的日趋激烈等,这些都冲击着当代大学生价值观念。在大学生价值观多元化的今天,高校思想政治教育在注重开发大学生的智力因素之外,非智力因素因素的重要性日益凸现出来。本文通过整理相关实证研究资料对大学生思想政治教育中非智力因素培养做一理性探讨。论文正文分为三个部分:第一部分,理论综述,提出问题。综合分析国内外有关非智力因素理论的相关研究成果及文献,理清非智力因素理论的发展轨迹。进而分析非智力因素的内涵及其能动作用。并就非智力因素与智力因素的关系做一简介。该部分为后面三部分展开作好理论准备。第二部分,现状描述,分析问题。该部分全面分析了在大学生思想政治教育中非智力因素培养的必要性。首先,从思想政治教育学科建设角度分析必要性。这是本文的立论根基。分别从非智力因素与思想政治教育的关联性和非智力因素在思想政治教育中的应用状况两个层面来阐述。其次,从大学生思想政治教育创新的角度分析必要性。主要从观念、目标和内容三个方面入手。最后,从大学生群体特点的角度分析必要性。主要从大学生的群体结构特点、心理特点及思想行为特点三方面进行论述。该部分为探讨大学生思想政治教育中非智力因素培养路径做好铺垫。第三部分,路径探讨,解决问题。该部分既是论文的创新点,也是难点所在。此部分是以一、二部分为依托,结合大学生思想政治教育中非智力因素培养的实际情况,从学习动机、兴趣爱好、情感状态、意志品质及性格特征等五个方面提出相关实践策略。在探讨路径的过程中将非智力因素诸因素培养与思想政治教育的原则结合起来研究,以利于进一步加深非智力因素与大学生思想政治教育关系的认识,从而提高大学生思想政治教育的针对性和实效性。总之,通过对大学生思想政治教育中非智力因素培养做整体梳理,提升非智力因素在大学生思想政治教育中的价值和功能,从而实现大学生思想政治教育工作的创新。

【Abstract】 Mankind has entered the 21st century, all fields which affecting people’s life in the event of a big change, following the arrival of the knowledge economy, information technology and the rapid growth, the development of the Internet age, social competition becoming increasingly fierce and so on. All these have an impact on the value of contemporary college students. Today students in a wide range of values, the ideological and political education in colleges and universities focus on the intellectual development factors of students. Besides this, non-intellectual factors increasingly highlighted the importance of factors out. In this paper, it makes a rational culture of ideological and political education of college students on non-intellectual factors by finishing large number of empirical research. Text of paper divided into three parts:First part, theoretical summary and ask questions. Comprehensive analysis of domestic and international factors relating to non-intelligence theory of literature and research results, sorted out the non-intellectual factors of the development trajectory. Then analysis the non-intellectual factors content and its dynamic role. And make a brief on the relationship between non-intellectual factors and intelligence, preparing for the latter part of the start of three parts for theoretical.Second part, described the status quo, analysis of the problem. This part comprehensive analysis the need for non-intellectual factors training of college student’s ideological and political education. First, ideological and political education from the perspective of need for the construction disciplines. This is the foundation of this argument. From non-intelligence factors and the ideological and political education and the relevance of non-intellectual factors in the ideological and political education in the application of two levels to elaborate. Secondly, from the perspective of need for college student’s ideological and political education innovation. Mainly from three approaches the concept, objective and content. Finally, the perspective of need of college student’s characteristic. Students from the main structure of the groups, psychological characteristics and thinking and behavior characteristics of the three areas discussed. The part of the ideological and political education of college student’s non-intellectual factors training path to pave the way.Third part, discuss path and solve the problem. This part is the innovation of the paper, which is also difficult. It is on the base of first and second part, with the non-intellectual factors culture of actual situation, to make practice strategy from motivation to learn, hobbies, emotional state, quality will and character traits, and other five aspects. In the path of the process of non-intellectual factors and the principles of ideological and political education with research, so as to help further deepen the non-intellectual factors ideological and political education and awareness of the relationship, so as to enhance ideological and political education of college students targeted and effective.In short, through the ideological and political education of college students sort out the whole on non-intellectual factors training, enhancing the value and function of non-intellectual factors in the ideological and political education of college students, thus realizing the ideological and political education of college students of innovation.
