【摘要】 以福建省竞技沙滩排球教练员、运动员、裁判员为研究对象,采用文献法、调查法、比较法、数理统计法等研究方法,对福建省竞技沙滩排球队伍现状、制约因素和振兴对策展开研究。通过调查,对福建省竞技沙滩排球队伍做了全面的了解,其中包括教练员、运动员和裁判员队伍的基本情况。根据对专家、教练员、裁判员的调查结果,运用Kendall’Sw(肯德尔和谐系数检验)和频数分析,揭示了10种主要制约因素:后备力量、训练条件、排球氛围、待遇和激励机制、群众基础、运动员的退役保障、领导重视、经济条件、家人的支持等,这些因素制约了福建省竞技沙滩排球运动的发展;提出发展的对策:争取领导的重视、大力开展少年基本排球运动、增加比赛交流的次数,提高竞赛能力、争取社会力量支持,发展壮大队伍、增加退役运动员的再就业机会,建立保障体系、体教结合,争取好生源、建立必要的激励机制、通过各种渠道宣传,增强排球氛围、设立市场开发部门,多渠道的增加经费来源、改革后备人才的培养体制等。更多还原

【Abstract】 On the study of Fujian Province competitive beach volleyball coaches, athletes, referees, using the methods of the literature, the survey method, comparative law, mathematical statistics, and other research methods, Fujian competitive beach volleyball team status, constraints and the revitalization of Countermeasures study .
