【摘要】 历史街区是指基于一定规模的历史遗存之上,具有完整的历史风貌,并具有延续的社会结构和功能结构的生活街区。历史街区无疑是以其文化性而取胜的,文化是其最重要的特征。街区文化一旦形成,它就有一种内在的规范性,在其影响范围之内的事物都必须遵循这种规范性,一切事物的发生和发展都与这种文化存在关系。随着时间发展,一些与该文化相关联的特质被积淀下来,并在建筑式样、街巷格局、社会结构和生活方式等方面形成差异。这些特质具有鲜明的“可识别性”和“可印象性”,可称之为“文化意象”。本研究从空间、物态、行为等三个方面深入阐述了历史街区的文化意象,并在此基础之上探讨了文化意象形成的驱动力类型。显而易见,单纯保护、维持现状的历史街区并不能充分彰显其应有价值,而依托遗产资源进行旅游开发是全面体现这些资源历史文化内涵,解决历史街区保护动力机制不足等问题的有效途径。历史街区旅游发展的根本目的是为了保护历史街区,恢复历史街区的活力。文化意象作为历史街区最为明显和独特的特征,应该是其开展旅游的重要基础。在这种认识下,本研究对历史街区应该怎样在文化意象基础之上进行旅游发展的问题进行了探讨。最后以福州双杭历史街区为例,说明了文化意象分析在历史街区中的具体应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Historic district is a kind of living district, which features a historic heritage on a moderate scale and still remains the original historic landscape and consistent social structure as well as functional structure.Of all its features, culture is surely the most important part in historic district. When a culture is formed, it will have its own rules. All things within this culture will be influenced by it. The final result is that features related with the culture accumulate and become a kind of style in the forms of architectural style, block layout, social structure and so on. These features, called cultural image, are easy to be recognized and remembered. This thesis analyzes the cultural image of historic district from three aspects, namely spatial, material and behavior. It also analyzes the drive force for the formation of the cultural image.It is obvious that simple conservation cannot really protect the historic district and is also a kind of waste of resource. But making the historic district as tourism resource is proved to be a good way to show its real value and solve the problem of preservation. Cultural image, as the most special and distinctive trait, should be treated as the basis of tourism development of historic district.Finally, the thesis also illuminates, by taking a historic district in Fuzhou as an example, the method of using cultural image in the historic district for its conservation and tourism development.更多还原
