【摘要】 改革开放以来,特别是20世纪90年代社会主义市场经济体制这一改革目标的确立,中国利用外资工作取得了巨大的成就,外资的利用对我国经济持续、快速、健康的发展发挥了极其重要的作用。福建是中国改革开放前沿地带,也是中国外商直接投资集中地之一,外商直接投资使福建获得了经济建设急需的资金,引进了发达国家的先进技术和先进管理经验,增加了税收和就业,开拓了国际市场,加深了福建经济同世界经济的联系。但外商直接投资所带来的负面效应也应当深入反思,合理制定优惠政策,注重引资质量,引导外商投资在地区结构、行业结构和单位面积投资密度的优化,对福建省产业结构升级,加快经济发展,实现经济、社会可持续发展等方面具有重要的现实意义。本文利用计量模型,实证分析外商直接投资与福建省GDP增长关系以及外商直接投资与福建产业结构调整关系。结果显示,外商直接投资与福建省GDP增长存在显著正相关,并促进福建省产业结构调整,推进产业结构升级和技术创新,同时可以认为外商直接投资在短期内是福建省经济增长的原因。在上述分析的基础上,针对外商直接投资在福建省经济发展中存在的问题进行总结反思,提出了新形势下福建省利用外商直接投资战略调整的建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 Since reform and opening up, especially socialism market economy system was established from 1990’s, China has gained great progress in utilizing foreign capital which has been playing important role in China’s economic development. Fujian is one of Chinese FDI concentrated places located south-east China. Actually, more and more FDI has changed a lot in Fujian economic system, such as make up the insufficiency of constructed funds; promoting economic development; accelerate industry structure adjustment; increasing tax incomes and employment expansion. At the same time, Fujian has been closely linked with the rest of the world economically. But negative effect on FDI must be reflected. A correct understanding of FDI with Fujian economic growth, industrial structure adjustment for rational utilization of FDI, promoting economic development and achieving the economic sustainable development has become important significance. In order to investigate the relationship between FDI and economic growth as well as industrial structure adjustment using the method of Economic Measuring Model in the paper, the results showed that there was a positive correlation between FDI and Fujian economic growth, in the same way, FDI also promoting Fujian’s industry upgrading and technological innovation.
