【摘要】 本研究在查阅以往的研究文献资料、问卷调查、个别访谈的基础上,探究研究生人格、主观幸福感与职业价值观之间的关系。采用大五人格量表、总体幸福感问卷和职业价值观问卷,对福州地区四所高校的硕士研究生进行测量,获得包括性别、年级、专业背景在内的十三个人口学变量。通过统计分析,获得数据特征。在此基础上,进一步对硕士研究生的大五人格、主观幸福感和职业价值观的关系进行探讨。本次研究得出以下几项结论:1、大五人格的神经质因子在性别与学校上存在明显的交互效应;严谨性因子在性别上存在显著差异。2、职业价值观的声望地位因素在母亲文化程度上有显著差异。3、大五人格的宜人性、神经质、外向性和严谨性四个因子对主观幸福感有影响作用。4、大五人格的外向性因子和开放性因子对职业价值观有一定的影响作用。5、职业价值观的自我发展因素与精力、对情感和行为的控制力、忧郁或愉快的心境因子之间存在显著的负相关,与之间存在显著负相关。6、人格特质影响职业价值观,主观幸福感是大五人格与职业价值观的中介影响因素。更多还原

【Abstract】 With author’s effort on looking through previous research paper, making survey and talking, this essay explores the relationship between postgraduates’ personality, subjective well-being and vocational values.With adoption of "five factor personality" inventory, general well-being survey and vocational values survey. Through the test, we got thirteen variables including gender, grade, profession etc from four universities’ master students in Fuzhou city . By means of the tools of statistic and analysis, author works out the basic data character and makes a deeper research in the relationship between personality, subjective well-being and vocational values of postgraduates based on the data.Conclusions of the research as follows:1 .There is obvious correlation effect between gender and university dimensionality in thefactor named neuroticism. The factor named conscientiousness differentiable fordifferent sex.2.There is a difference in prestige factor between mother’s literacy.3.Subjective well-being can well be predicted by the factors named agreeable,neuroticism, extraversion and conscientiousness.4. vocational values can be influenced by extraversion factor and openness to experience.5.Obvious negative correlation exists between self development of occupational value andsubjective happiness, good or bad mood whilst certain negative correlation betweenself development of occupational value and vigor, control ability in emotion and action.6.Structural equation models shows that the model is an accepted one. The model dealwith the study that subjective well-being is mediator factor between five personalityand vocational value, and simultaneously five personality influences vocational valuedirectly.更多还原
