【摘要】 土地利用变化的研究是生态环境变化研究的重要基础,也是调控人类行为的科学决策依据。本研究在广泛吸取国内外相关土地利用变化及其人类驱动力研究成果的基础上,通过野外调查,并以闽清县土地利用详查数据及相关资料、统计资料为研究基础,以土地资源可持续利用理论为指导,结合闽清县独特的地理环境与社会条件,主要采用定量和定性分析相结合的方法,分析了闽清县1996-2005年土地利用的时间和空间变化情况。并通过选取适当的人类驱动力因子,探讨引起闽清县土地利用变化的人类驱动力,揭示了闽清县土地利用变化的规律。通过分析,得出如下结论:闽清县的土地利用变化速度较快,年变化率达0.12%;土地利用数量变化存在明显的区域差异;1996-2005年以来闽清县的土地利用程度变化率为-0.001,说明10年来该县土地利用正处于调整期,土地利用程度变化量正朝着土地利用衰退的方向发展,但是利用程度变化率不大。定性分析表明,闽清县土地利用变化主要是受人口增长、经济因素、城镇化和工业化、政策和技术发展等因素共同驱动作用的影响;定量分析显示,经济发展和生活消费水平的提高是影响土地变化的主要驱动力。同时,以以上土地利用变化与驱动力研究为基础,结合闽清县实际情况提出了一些改进闽清县土地利用的建设性建议更多还原

【Abstract】 The research of land use change is the important foundation for the ecological change research, which is also the policy-making basis for regulating the human behavior. Based on the widely review of related research on land utilization change and its human driving forces at home and abroad ,this paper takes the sifting data and the correlation data, the statistical data of minqing land utilization as the research foundation, and takes the land resource sustainable use theory as the instruction. The research unifies the specific geographical environment and social conditions in minqing, uses the method which unifies the quota and the qualitative analysis, has analyzed the temporal and the spatial variation situation about land utilization in minqing from 1996 to 2005. By selecting suitable humanity driving influence factor, discusses human driving factors that cause the land utilization change in minqing and promulgates the minqing land utilization change rules.According to the analysis, this paper draws the following conclusions:Land utilization variation rate in minqing is quick and the annual variation rate has achieved 0 .12%; The land mass variation is remarkable also exists obvious region diference; From 1996 to 2005 years, minqing’s land use degree rate is -0.001,which shows that this country’s land use was being in adjusting period for this 10 years, land use degree quantity is developing to be recessionary, but utilize degree rate is not too great.A qualitative analysis shows minqing land use change is mainly afected by population growth, economic factors, urbanization, industrialization, the political and technology development factors conjunctly;Quantitative analysis shows that economic development and the improvement of pepole’s consuming level is the most influential factors which affect the land use change.At the same time, taking the land utilization change and the driving factors research as the foundation and unifying the minqing actual situation, some constructive suggestion about minqing land utilization is given in the end.更多还原
