【摘要】 改革开放以来,我国的英语教育规模不断扩大,教育教学取得了显著的成就。随着教育部2001年《关于积极推进小学开设英语课程的指导意见》和《英语课程标准》的正式颁布,小学英语成为小学阶段的必修课程,同时其也被纳入了基础教育阶段英语课程的总体目标。近年来,小学开设英语的地区也日益增加,规模迅速扩大。但由于当前全国各地由于情况千差万别,基础条件迥然各异,因而小学英语课程实施现状的差异性也堪称小学应开设课程之最,小学英语课程的实施现状越来越成为大众日益关注的焦点之一。永安市从2002年秋开始,逐步开设小学英语课程。历时5年,开设的现状如何?有何问题存在?有何经验可取?这正是本研究问题所在。本研究通过调查问卷和深度访谈的方式,从小学英语师资、课程设置、课堂教学、学生学习情况四大个方面,对永安市小学英语新课程开设的现状做出描述性分析,揭示和探讨小学英语新课程改革推行过程中存在的问题,为更好地贯彻《英语课程标准》促进小学英语教师的专业发展,提高小学英语教学质量、更加有效推进新课程提供参考依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 In China, English education has been making great progress since the Opening to The Outside World Policy in 1978. And it became a compulsory subject in primary school in 2001 when Ministry of Education officially promulgated "Advices on Promoting Primary English" and "The Criteria for English Curriculum". At the same time, Primary English was brought into the whole consideration of the Basic Education and became an important stage in English Education (including Primary English, Junior High School English, Senior High School English and college English). Nowadays, Primary English has been developing rapidly and swept across the whole nation. However, due to different basic conditions in various parts of China, the implementation of Primary English differs greatly from areas to areas and it has now becoming one of the increasing concerns of the public.English has gradually being set up in primary school in Yong’an City since 2002. Now, four years have gone, what is the current situation of Primary English? Are there any problems? What can we learn from it? These are all the concerns of this paper.In this paper, by questionnaires and in-depth interviews, the author tries to describe and analyze the following four aspects of Primary English Implementation: Teaching Staff, Curriculum Set-up, Classroom Instruction and Student’s Language Acquisition. Then Based on the analyses, the author reveals the problems of Primary English in the way of New Curriculum Implementation and puts forward several reasonable suggestions which will provide evidence and reference for Primary English Teacher Professional Development, Classroom Instruction and New Curriculum Promoting.更多还原
