负载型壳聚糖功能材料的制备及其应用研究

【摘要】 壳聚糖的分子结构中含有羟基、乙酰基、氨基等,具有多功能基化学反应性、立体结构与手性特征,尤其是其具有的动植物组织和器官生理适应性、安全性,可完全分解性、亲水性和可再生性,使其在生物医学和环境友好功能材料的应用方面受到众人青眯。当今研究热点之一就是设计制备具有优异性能的、新型的壳聚糖类功能材料,拓展该环境友好材料的应用领域。本论文选用不同的分子筛载体与壳聚糖及其配合物形成新型的壳聚糖类功能材料:Cu(Ⅱ)-CS/MCM-41、CS/ZSM-5。并采用粉末X-射线衍射分析、BET、红外光谱、热重分析和固体紫外漫反射光谱等手段对所合成材料进行了表征。详细探讨了Cu(Ⅱ)-CS/MCM-41模拟过氧化氢酶催化H2O2分解反应的性能及影响因素;探讨了CS/ZSM-5在水溶液体系中吸附铬(Ⅵ)的影响因素及最优工艺条件。论文还设计合成了新型联吡啶类-多酸类超分子化合物:4,4’-bipy-PW、4,4’-bipy-Cu(Ⅱ)-PW、2,2’-bipy-Cu(Ⅱ)-PW。并在合成基础上,开展了新型联吡啶类-多酸类超分子化合物在异相体系中催化氧化降解壳聚糖的应用研究。实验结果表明:CS-Cu(Ⅱ)/MCM-41能高效的催化H2O2分解;CS/ZSM-5对铬(Ⅵ)也显示出了明显优于其他吸附剂的性能。在反应体系中不溶的联吡啶类-多酸类超分子化合物作为催化剂可以有效地催化H2O2氧化降解壳聚糖,制备水溶性低聚糖;并且可以方便地从降解体系中分离出来,具有催化剂方便回收再利用的优势。

【Abstract】 The molecular constitution of chitosan contained many functional groups including hydroxyl,acetyl,amino and so on.Multi-functional reaction property,stereochemical structure and chiral feature of chitosan were displayed.Especially,the application of chitosan in the aspect of biomedicine and environmnental friendly functional materials was focused owing to its physiological adaptabilities of animals and plants framework and organ,security,completely biodegradable,favorable hydrophilicity and renewable capacity.Nowadays one of the most noticeable research is to design new functional materials with chitosan with excellent performance and to extend the application field of these environmnental friendly materials.In this paper,new functional materials with chitosan(Cu(Ⅱ)-CS/MCM-41、CS/ZSM-5)were synthesized via different molecular sieve carrier and chitosan as well as its coordination compound.The synthetic material was characterizd by using XRD,IR, UV-Vis,BET and TG-DTA et al.The performance and influential factor of Cu(Ⅱ)-CS /MCM-41 catalysising H2O2 was detailedly discussed,which simulated hydrogen peroxidase catalysising H2O2.The influencing factors and optimization conditions of CS/ZSM-5 adsorption for Cr(Ⅵ)was studied.New supramolecular compounds of pyridines-polyoxometalate(4,4’-bipy-PW、4,4’-bipy-Cu(Ⅱ)- PW,2,2’-bipy-Cu(Ⅱ)-PW)were also synthesized.The research of supramolecular compounds of pyridincs-polyoxometalate degradated chitosan by catalytic oxidation was developed.The results showed that H2O2 could be efficiently decomposed by Cu(Ⅱ)-CS /MCM-41 catalysis.CS/ZSM-5 also showed better adsorption capability for Cr(Ⅵ)than the other adsorbents.The chitosan could be oxidative degradeted by using undissolved supramolecular compounds of pyridines-polyoxometalate as catalyst which could effectively catalyzed H2O2 in the system.As result,the water-solubility oligosaccharide was prepared.Besides,the catalysts were easy to separate from the system and could be repetitiveiy used.
