全自动液压压砖机有限元结构仿真及优化

【摘要】 全自动液压压砖机作为压力加工的重要设备,已经成为工业生产特别是陶瓷工业必不可少的装备之一。大型全自动液压压砖机由于其自身结构和承载方式的特点,容易因机械强度、刚度不足以及共振而发生破坏,这使得结构分析与优化成为了大型全自动液压压砖机设计的一个重要内容。本文以WP1700全自动液压压砖机为研究对象,运用三维CAD技术、虚拟样机技术和有限元技术进行了全自动液压压砖机关键零部件的实体建模、虚拟样机建模、运动学仿真、静力学仿真和自由模态仿真,在仿真结果的基础上,对全自动液压压砖机的上横梁结构进行了优化。主要工作内容如下:(1)应用Pro/Engineer软件建立全自动液压压砖机关键零、部件的三维实体模型。(2)分析并确定了压砖机在工况下的载荷情况,对机身、上横梁、下横梁进行了静态有限元分析,从而揭示机身的应力和位移分布规律。(3)应用Pro/Engineer建立了全自动液压压砖机的虚拟样机模型,并进行了虚拟样机的运动学仿真与动力学分析。(4)利用Pro/Mechanica结构分析模块对机身进行模态分析,得到了机身的固有频率以及相应的固有振型等相关参数,并且对机身的各项动态性能进行了评价。(5)利用Pro/Mechanica结构分析模块对上横梁进行结构优化,得到在一定目标函数和一定约束下的最优解。研究表明,对压砖机机身进行三维有限元分析,可以得到精确的静动态特性参数,这对于了解现有的结构特性并进而改善其性能将具有一定的意义,并可为全自动液压压砖机的整体设计提供理论依据。

【Abstract】 Full-automatic hydraulic pressure brick machine already become essential equipment in industry manufacture especially in chinaware industry。Heavy Full-automatic hydraulic pressure brick machine is easy to be damaged because of absence of strength,stiffness and vibration due to its structure and force.Thus,the analysis and optimization of structure are an important part of Full-automatic hydraulic pressure brick machine designing.In this paper, WP1700 Full-automatic hydraulic pressure brick machine structure is researched by using 3D CAD,virtual prototype and FEM,kinematics,static and modal simulation are conducted.Further, the Full-automatic hydraulic pressure brick machine’s structure is optimized.The main content includes:(1)The three-dimensional entity model of Full-automatic hydraulic pressure brick machine’s critic part is established by Pro/Engineer.(2)The loading condition in working condition of Full-automatic hydraulic pressure brick machine are analysis and confirm,Carry out static fimite element analysis on the chassis,upper beam and lower beam.The chassis’s distributive rule of displacement and stress are reveal.(3)The Full-automatic hydraulic pressure brick machine’s virtual prototyping is established by Pro/Engineer.Kinematical simulation and dynamic analysis are carried out(4)The modal analysis of chassis is proceeding by Pro/Mechanica,the natural frequencies and corresponding vibration modals of the chassis are obtained.Dynamic ability of chassis is assessed.(5)The upper beam of Full-automatic hydraulic pressure brick machine structure is optimized by Pro/Mechanica.Optimization effect is acquired in certain target function and definitely restrains.Research indicate that the three-dimensional Finite element structure simulates and optimizes of the Full-automation hydraulic pressure brick machine can get the accurate static and dynamic behaviour parameter,this will have certain significance to know now available structure characteristic property and improving whose function,and providing the theory basis for the entirely designs of Full-automatic hydraulic pressure brick machine
