创新人才素质测量研究

【摘要】 建设创新型国家,关键在人才,尤其在创新人才。而要更好的培养创新人才,使用创新人才,就必须对创新人才素质进行深入细致的分析研究。国内关于创新人才的研究目前只是仅仅停留在概念层面上,有关创新人才素质还没有开展系统研究,理论研究薄弱,未见实证研究,缺乏专门针对创新人才素质的测量工具,因此难以对创新人才素质的特点进行考察。针对上述问题,本研究的主要解决了以下三个问题:(1)客观揭示创新人才素质的结构;(2)编制具有较好信、效度的创新人才素质问卷;(3)探索不同统计变量背景下创新人才素质的特点。研究程序是首先在文献综述和开放式问卷的基础上,采用扎根理论研究方法,总结出创新人才素质的概念,并编制创新人才素质结构的半开半闭式问卷调查;在半开半闭式问卷调查的基础上,构建创新人才素质的理论结构模型;然后根据该结构编制创新人才素质预测量表进行预测,研究创新人才素质的现实结构,形成创新人才素质正式量表;最后通过创新人才素质正式量表的大范围调查,考察不同统计变量背景下创新人才素质的特点。

【Abstract】 The key to construct an innovation country is the talents, especially the innovative talents. To cultivate and employ innovative talents better, we must penetrate into analyzing and researching the quality of innovative talents. The domestic research about innovative talents just rests on the conception lay and the theoretic research is weak. Research about the quality of innovative talents hasn’t been expanded to systematic research, without empirical research and special measure tools. Thus, it is difficult to see about the characteristics of the quality of innovative talentsTo aim at the above issues, the article has solved the three problems as follows:(1) posing the structure of the quality of innovative talents impersonally;(2) constructing a reliability and validity questionnaire on the quality of innovative talents;(3) exploring the characteristics of the quality of innovative talents in the background of different statistical variables. The research procedure which based on literature review and open questionnaire at first, then adopted the method of grounded theory, summed up the conception of the quality of innovative talents, and constructed the half-open and half-closed questionnaire on the structure of the quality of innovative talents. Based on this, the article built a theory structure model, and then constructed scale to forecast and research the realism structure of the quality of innovative talents, and the formal scale came into being. In the end, by surveying the scale in a large scope, it saw about the characteristics of the quality of innovative talents in the background of different statistical variables.
