【摘要】 国立西南联合大学是抗战爆发后,北平、天津的三所高校:北京大学、清华大学和南开大学南迁到昆明成立的。本文以西南联合大学的师资管理为考察点,探究其师资管理的理念与制度以及对于当今各高校师资管理的启示。西南联大的师资管理之所以成功,是因为它具有先进的师资管理理念:学术自由、兼容并包的理念保证了教师研究与学习的自由;民主管理、教授治校的理念发挥了教师群策群力的作用,调动了教师的积极性;尊师重道的理念体现了管理者对教师的尊敬与爱护;服务教师与严格要求的理念更是管理者对教师尊敬的进一步延伸。在这种先进的师资管理理念下建立的师资管理制度,如教师聘任制度、教师交流制度、教师激励制度等都具有很多合理的成分,对当今各高校的师资管理具有很大的借鉴作用。我们不仅要学习西南联大师资管理的制度,更要学习制度背后的理念。本文主要通过文献阅读与个案研究相结合的方法,通过对大量重要历史文献资料的搜集、发掘、整理与分析,来展现西南联大师资管理的具体内容和特色。更多还原

【Abstract】 The National South-West Associated University was founded after 3 universities moved southward to Kunming after the breakout of anti-Japanese war. The three universities are Peking University, Tsinghua University and Nankai University, they are originally in Beijing and Tianjing. This paper inspected the teacher’s management of the National South-West Associated University, probed the idea, principle and the enlightenment of its teacher’s management on modern university.The success of the teacher’s management of The National South-West Associated University consists in the advanced ideas it hold, i.e. academic freedom and compatibility ensure the freedom of teachers when do research and study; democratic management and managing school by professors make the teachers play an important role in pooling the wisdom and efforts of everyone, which also enhance the enthusiasm of teachers; respecting teacher and his teaching embodies the administrator’s respect and care toward teachers; the idea to render services to teachers and to be strict with them is a extension of the administrator’s respect toward teachers.The teacher’s management principles made under the influence of advanced idea, e.g. the principle of teacher’s employment, the principle of techer’s flow and the principle of teacher’s encouragement are all of some reasonable elements, which are of an enlightenment effect on the teacher’s management of modern university. We should not only learn the teacher’s management principle of the National South-West Associated University, but also learn the idea behind it.This paper revealed the content and characteristics of teacher’s management of the National South-West Associated University, by the study of the document and individual cases, by the collection, dig, textual research and analysis of large amount important historical documents.更多还原
