沙角发电厂三期工程地基处理方案优化设计

【摘要】 沙角发电厂位于东莞市虎门镇,是粤东电网的一座大型区域性火力发电厂。由于地层条件不满足天然地基要求,需采用人工地基,深圳市长勘勘察设计有限公司先后完成了混凝土预制桩、沉管灌注桩和振冲碎石桩复合地基的原体试验工作。大型火力发电厂的地基处理方案受多种因素的影响,各种因素相互作用、相互影响,关系十分复杂,用一个或几个指标很难评价方案的优劣。本文在总结前人工作的基础上,分别对振冲碎石桩、混凝土预制桩、沉管灌注桩三种地基处理方案从质量、工程进度、环保、投资四个方面(评价因素),运用模糊综合评判的方法,通过研究原体试验获取的成果和数据,结合技经、土建等专业的资料,对这三种地基处理方案进行优化设计,结果表明:沙角发电厂三期工程选择振冲碎石桩地基处理方案,科学、经济合理,取得了良好的经济效益和社会效益,这一点已被实践所证明。同时也说明:运用模糊综合评价的方法对地基处理方案进行优化设计是非常有效而且有实用价值。本工程的成功实践也为同类工程提供了良好的范例,有积极的借鉴作用。

【Abstract】 Shajiao firepower plant locates in HuMen town Dongguan city the south of yue and it is a large regional firepower plant.The Shenzhe changkan investigation design institute Ltd.cop accomplished the in-situ test of RC prefab pile、vibrate tube cast-in-place pile and vibroflotation gravel pile composite subgrade for the third project of Shajiao firepower plant because the stratum condition did not meet the requirement of nature subgrad.The subgrad project of large model firepower plant will be affected by many fators and these factors will act and affect each other.It will be difficult for us to value the project if it is excellent or inferior using one or several factors. In this article, we study three kinds of subgrad projects by analying data and results getting from original test and considing data from technical economy as well as land construction sufficiently. The judgment of fuzzy synthesis has been used to evaluate quality, the progress of project, protecting environment and investment of these subgrad projects including vibroflotation gravel pile、RC prefab pile、cast-in-place-pile by vibrate tube based on prophase work.The results show that the optimal project based on selecting the vibroflotation gravel pile for the third project of Shajiao firepower plant will be scientific, technical and economical.Meanwhile,the economical benefit will be gotten greatly and environment around the firepower plant will be protected very well. they have been proved right by practice.On the other hand,The judgment of fuzzy synthesis is effective and practical to evaluate the subgrad project.So the success of this project provide a good example for us and the merit is significant in similar project.
