地籍数据库动态更新机制的研究

【摘要】 地籍数据库作为国土资源基础数据库的核心,直接为地籍管理工作提供数据支撑,探索其长效更新机制更具有针对性和现实性。地籍数据库的更新实质上就是不断地向地籍信息系统中注入新鲜的血液,使它在地籍管理的过程中保持强大生命力。它的变更机制应该体现快捷、准确的特点,管理模式应该杜绝粗放式,追求精细化。随着现代社会发展脚步的不断加快,土地变更也越来越频繁,更加突显了地籍数据库建设中动态更新机制的重要性。本文提出“三库一体”的地籍数据库变更管理模式,并开发了小型地籍变更信息管理模块。具体内容包括:(1)以“实体+时态”为独特视角,论述了地籍实体及其对象关系;地籍实体的时态性;并强调土地登记在地籍变更管理中的枢纽作用。这些基础但关键的理论,将为地籍数据库动态更新机制的建设提供依据。(2)提出“三库一体”的地籍变更管理模式。从地籍信息的时态数据结构出发,分析对比目前主流的几种时空数据库,论证地籍数据库动态更新机制要采用的动态多级基态修正模型和“三库一体”管理模式,并用一个实例描述了这一模式的基本思想。(3)分析了建设地籍数据库动态更新机制所需要的GIS支持。这其中包括空间数据库技术、空间数据模型、开发组件和开发语言的选择。(4)最后本文采用SQLServer做为后台关系数据库,通过ArcSDE空间数据引擎扩展SQLServer来管理地籍数据,以GeoDatabase作为空间数据模型,ArcObjects为开发方式,VB为开发语言,开发出地籍变更信息管理模块。

【Abstract】 As the core of land foundation database, the cadastre database directly provides the data for the cadastre supervisory work. Thus it is focused and realistic to explore long-term update mechanism of the cadastre database. The renewal of the cadastre database virtually is pouring fresh flood into the cadastre database unceasingly and keep its life-force in the process of cadastre administration. Its update mechanism should be fast and accurate. The administrate mode should be fine rather than extensive. As the modern social unceasingly develops and the soil changing becomes more and more frequent, the dynamic mechanism in the cadastre information systems database establishing becomes more and more important. The cadastre database change management pattern "three database in one body" is introduced in the dissertation. A small cadastre change information management system is exploitured. The idiographic contents are:(1) The cadastre entity and its connection, tense are discussed in the view of "entity and tense". Besides, the hinge effect of soil enrolling in the cadastre database administration is introduced. These basal but pivotal theories would provide gist for the cadastre information systems database establishing.(2) The cadastre database change management pattern "three database in one body" is introduced. Embarking from the cadastre information’s tense construction of data, several kind of space and time databases are analyzed. The cadastre database dynamic updating mechanism should use dynamic multistage ground state revision model and "three database in a body" management pattern. A example is used to describe the basic ideology of the modern.(3) The GIS support which is needed in the cadastre database dynamic updating mechanism establishing is analyzed, including the spatial databases technology, spatial data model, the choice of the develop module and language.(4) Finally, SQLServer is elected as the backstage relations database. The ArcSDE spatial data engine is integrated to expand SQLServer as to manage the cadastre data. GeoDatabase is used as the spatial data model. The cadastre change information management module is developed in ArcObjects and VB.
