【摘要】 目的检测子宫内膜异位症(endometriosis,EMs)患者和对照组腹腔液中PAPP-A和IGF-Ⅰ的水平,以探讨PAPP-A、IGF-Ⅰ在子宫内膜异位症发病机理中的作用。方法应用酶联免疫吸附法(Enzyme-linked Immunosorbentassay,ELISA)检测39例EMs患者和25例对照组腹腔液中PAPP-A和IGF-Ⅰ的水平。结果①EMs患者腹腔液中PAPP-A和IGF-Ⅰ水平均高于对照组,两者比较差异有显著性(P＜0.05)。②EMs患者腹腔液中PAPP-A水平Ⅲ-Ⅳ期高于Ⅰ-Ⅱ期,两者比较差异有显著性(P＜0.05),且腹腔液中PAPP-A水平与r-AFS评分成正相关(r=0.523,P＜0.05);EMs患者腹腔液中IGF-Ⅰ水平Ⅲ-Ⅳ期高于Ⅰ-Ⅱ期,两者比较差异无显著性(P＞0.05),且腹腔液中IGF-Ⅰ水平与r-AFS评分无相关性(r=0.279,P＞0.05)。③EMs患者腹腔液中PAPP-A和IGF-Ⅰ水平无显著相关性(P＞0.05)。结论①EMs患者腹腔液中PAPP-A和IGF-Ⅰ水平均较对照组显著升高,提示PAPP-A和IGF-Ⅰ参与子宫内膜异位症的发生发展。②EMs患者腹腔液中PAPP-A水平与疾病的严重程度有关。③EMs患者腹腔液中PAPP-A和IGF-Ⅰ水平无关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To detect the concentration of PAPP-A and IGF-I in the peritoneal fluids (PF)of women with endometriosis,so as to investigate the role of PAPP-A and IGF-I in the pathogenesis of endometriosis.Methods: Enzyme-linked Immunosorbent assay (ELISA) was used to detected the concentration of PAPP-A and IGF-I in the peritoneal fluid of 39 patients with different stage of endometriosis and 25 patients without endometriosis.Results: The mean levels of PAPP-A and IGF-I were higher in peritoneal fluid from patients with endometriosis than controls(P<0.05).According to the staging criteria of r-AFS,the level of peritoneal PAPP-A in the patients with stage III-IV endometriosis were significantly higher than those in the patients with stage I-II endometriosis. Significant correlation was found between the stages of endometriosis and the levels of PAPP-A in these patients(r = 0.523,P<0.05). There was no significant correlation between the levels of PAPP-A and dysmenorrheal score(P>0.05). We found no significant correlation bewteen the PF levels of PAPP-A and IGF-I.Conclusion: PAPP-A and IGF-I may play an important role in the pathogenesis of endometriosis . There was significant correlation between the PF levels of PAPP-A and the stages of endometriosis. There was no significant correlation between the PF levels of PAPP-A and IGF-I.更多还原
