铁道车辆车轮CAD/CAE/CAM一体化技术研究

【摘要】 铁道车辆是我国主要的运输工具,车轮是车辆的关键部件,承担着车辆全部重量,且在轨道上高速运行。随着现代社会对铁路运输的要求越来越高,高速列车、重载列车得到了快速发展,因此,对车轮的设计与制造的要求也越来越高,采用现代CAD/CAE/CAM技术对车轮设计、制造和维修显得尤为必要。本论文首先对车轮的结构形式、技术要求和制造工艺进行了分析研究。在此基础上,开展车轮三维实体造型及参数化设计方法的研究。并利用SolidWorks软件系统,建立了车轮三维CAD模型。对车轮关键几何尺寸进行了分析,通过建立EXECL系列参数表,实现了车轮的参数化设计。针对传统设计方法无法精确计算车轮应力分布和最大应力问题,提出运用CAD/CAE集成技术的方法进行车轮结构强度分析计算。对CAD/CAE集成技术进行了分析,实现了车轮CAD模型与ANSYS间的数据共享。在分析车辆典型受力工况的基础上,建立了车轮的结构强度计算模型,采用有限元分析软件ANSYS对典型结构车轮进行了分析计算,给出了车轮强度的评定方法。针对车轮踏面数控加工和CAD/CAM集成的需要,采用三维软件SolidWorks API和Visual C++.NET为开发工具,采用COM组件技术进行了车轮踏面数控加工编程软件的开发。该软件可利用车轮三维CAD几何模型直接获得车轮踏面的几何参数,并根据输入的加工参数自动生成车轮踏面数控加工代码。

【Abstract】 Railway Vehicles are primary transportation tools in China, and wheels are key components of railway Vehicles, which support the all weight of vehicles and run in the high speed on rail. With increasing demands on the rail transport in the modern society, high-speed and heavy load trains are developed very rapidly, the demands on wheel design and manufacture has become higher and higher, so it is necessary to employ the CAD/CAE/CAM technology to ensure wheel design and manufacturing quality.The paper first discusses wheel structure, technical demands and manufacturing process, and studies the approaches on wheel 3D solid modeling and the parametric design. A 3D wheel model is built up by CAD software SolidWorks. The key geometric dimensions of wheels are analyzed and wheel parametric design was realized by establishing an EXECL series parameter table.Because the tradition design measure can not accurately calculate the wheel stress distribution and the largest stress, the paper proposes the way to carry on the wheel struction strength analysis by the CAD/CAE integration technology. The methods of CAD/CAE integration are analyzed, and data share is implemented between the wheel 3D solid model and ANSYS. On the basis of analyzing typical working condition of railway vehicles, the calculation model and evaluation method of the wheel intensity is proposed. The intensity of a wheel with typical construction was calculated by ANSYS software.On the NC programming of wheel treadle and its CAD/CAM integration, an automatic NC program software of wheel tread was developed through SolidWorks API, Visual C++.NET and COM technology. The geometric parameters of a wheel tread are obtained directly from the wheel 3D modeling by the software, and the NC program can generated automatically according to manual defined machining parameters.
