株洲市地质灾害发育特征及危险性区划研究

【摘要】 株洲市地处湘东中低山丘陵区,是湖南省重要的新兴工业城市,我国南方重要的交通枢纽,同时也是长株潭“两型”社会的重要组成部分。近年来,随着社会经济的快速发展,地质灾害频发,严重威胁人民生命财产安全,制约当地社会经济可持续性发展。从系统论的观点,对株洲市地质灾害进行研究,在野外调查与已有地质灾害资料详尽分析的基础上,查明了株洲市地质灾害类型、规模及发育特征,阐述了地质灾害的时空分布规律及形成机理。研究表明,株洲市地质灾害发育规模以小型为主,类型以土质类为主,地质灾害分布及发育密度与地层岩性、地形地貌、地质构造等因素有关,且多沿水体及河流两岸谷坡地带发育,在时间分布规律上,与大气降水具有高度的一致性。结合株洲市实际,将传统的模糊数学方法进行改进后引入地质灾害评估,采用快速判别分析法,建立基于多源信息融合的地质灾害区划模型,对株洲市的主要地质灾害的危险程度进行区划分析,并首次基于FORTRAN语言平台编写了地质灾害危险性区划的计算程序,较为准确、快捷的进行评估计算,完成多层次、多级的地质灾害危险性区划,将株洲市划分为5个地质灾害高危险性区、4个中危险性区和2个低危险性区。最后针对株洲市地质灾害特点提出相应的地质灾害防治建议。株洲市地质灾害危险性分区的完成为地方政府指导地质灾害防治规划提供了科学依据,同时对湖南省其它地区地质灾害研究工作的开展也具有一定的参考意义。

【Abstract】 Zhuzhou city, located in the east of Hunan province, is not only a major industrial city and the largest transportation hub in the south of China, but also is an important part of "Two Types" society which is called ChangZhuTan. In recent years, with the rapid development of national economic, the geological disasters frequently take place, do serious harm to people’s lives and property, seriously hamper the sustainable development of society.On the basis of field inspection and detailed analysis of geology datum, the main types and the development features of geological disasters in Zhuzhou are summed up, then the time-space distributing rules and the formation mechanism of geological disasters are revealed. The research shows that geological disasters are given priority to small scale and soil type, and distribution and density of geological disasters have close relation with the geological background such as terrain and physiognomy, stratum and lithology, geological structure. Most geological disasters develop along with the river, and it is accordant with the rainfall on the time distributing rules.According to the local condition in Zhuzhou, improvement fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to evaluation the geological disaster, and geological disaster zonation model based on many fountains communication is established with speediness distinguishing analytical method, That program is compiled with FORTRAN compiled language that can exactly and quickly finished multi-level geological disaster zonation. 5 high risk, 4 medium risk and 2 low risk area in Zhuzhou are regionalized by the program.The hazard zonation of geological disaster in Zhuzhou can be provided scientific basis for local government’s work, and provided good consult to study the geological disaster in Hunan province.
