基于GPRS的自动售货机监控系统的设计与实现

【摘要】 在同一地区随着自动售货机数量的增多,管理中不断出现新问题,传统的自动售货机运营管理方式已不能满足需求,本文结合实际情况设计并实现了基于GPRS的自动售货机监控系统,适应了当前运营商的需求。本文在研究了国内外自动售货机管理系统的基础上,对基于GPRS的自动售货机监控系统的整体结构进行了设计,并分别设计了自动售货机的通讯终端,监控中心的监控系统以及两者之间的通讯协议。首先自动售货机的通讯终端实现了自动售货机终端与监控中心之间通讯。该终端使用由西门子提供的GPRS DTU,该设备只支持RS232接口,而自动售货与外围设备通讯采用的是MDB/ICP协议,所以本文设计了总线转换接口来完成协议之间的转换工作。然后通过对C/S架构和B/S架构的研究,结合他们的优点,设计了以C/S+B/S为架构的监控中心,该监控中心主要完成自动售货机状态信息的接收、遥控信息的发送和相关数据的显示。最后分析了通信过程中单一使用应答式规约或循环式规约的不足,本文通过结合应答式规约和循环式规约,有针对性的设计了问讯式和主动上传式通讯规约相结合的自动售货机与监控中心之间的通信协议,并在不同时间段、不同数据包长、不同的发送频率下,测试了数据达到的最高速率、到达的正确率和延时情况,试验结果表明该系统可以满足实际的需求。本系统为运营商提供高效的管理,从而大大提高服务水平和质量,进而降低运营成本。更多还原

【Abstract】 In the same area, as the number of vending machines increases, some new problems of management emerge. So the traditional operation methods of vending machine can not meet the demands. This paper designs and achieves the vending machine monitoring system based on GPRS that can meet.Based on the research of vending machines at home and aboard, this paper designs the whole structure of vending machine monitoring system based on GPRS, and designs the communication terminal of the vending machine, the monitoring system of the monitoring center and the communication protocol between them.Firstly, with the communication terminal of the vending machine, the terminal of the vending machine and the monitoring center can communicate with each other. The terminal uses the GPRS DTU provided by Siemens, which only supports the interface of RS232, and automatic sale communicates with peripheral equipments with the MDB/ICP protocol, so this paper designs the bus interface to realize the conversion between the protocols.Secondly, based on the research of C/S and B/S, referring to their advantages and disadvantages, the paper designs the monitoring center on the basis of the structure of C/S+B/S, whose task is receiving the information of the vending machine’s status, sending the information of remote control and show the relative data.Thirdly, analyzed the imperfections of ask-and-answer mechanism or circular mechanism, on the basis of the combinative regulations of the above two mechanisms, this paper mainly designs the communication protocol of vending machines and monitors on the basis of ask-and-answer mechanism and the initiative communication mechanism. Besides, the paper tests the highest rates that the data can reach, the accuracy of the data which have reached, and the delay of the data in different time periods, in different lengths of data packets, in different sending frequency, respectively, and the results show that the system can satisfy the actual demands.In all, this system helps the operators manage effectively, which not only improves service level and quality, but also reduces the operating costs.更多还原
