配变电安全监控系统的开发与研究

【摘要】 配变电安全监控是保证电力安全、稳定运行的重要环节。论文结合广西省“电网低压无功自动补偿装置”项目,对配变电及电力设备的安全隐患问题进行研究,研制出了配变电安全监控系统。论文所作的研究工作和技术难点体现在以下几个方面:(1)采用先进的32位ARM处理器LPC2214和新型高精度3相电能测量集成芯片ADE7758,研制了一套配变电安全监控装置。它不仅拥有更高的工作频率和数据处理能力,而且拥有全周波交流采样和信号处理功能,弥补了传统设计方案中的不足。(2)采用快速傅立叶变换FFT理论,建立了能够满足配变电安全监控系统高精度计量与测量要求的有效和实用算法,如纯正弦信号的计算与测量算法,含有高次谐波的非正弦信号的计算与测量算法。论文深入探讨了定点数存储及其运算理论,并将其应用于电力参数的计算。(3)使用先进的通讯技术,组建了安全监控通讯网络系统。采用GPRS无线通信网络既实现了数据传输的实时可靠性,又减少了配变电监控系统通信网络构建的成本。若异常事件发生,配变电安全监控系统立即将其组装成报文,通过GPRS发给主站,供电局工作人员接收报文后,立即采取相应的措施,防止潜在的事故发生。当GPRS信号非常弱或网络繁忙的时候,使用USB技术,实现本地抄表和软件系统升级。(4)开发了具有电能质量检测、远程自动化实时抄表、配变电异常信息自动报警等功能的软件,实现了配变电安全监控,保障了电力设备的安全运行。研制出的配变电安全监控系统能够监控配变电及电力设备的运行状况,具有较高的应用价值。

【Abstract】 The electric power safety monitoring and control is a significant link to ensure the electric power system run safely and stably. The dissertation is completed based on the Guang Xi province’s project "Auto Low Voltage Grid Reactive-load Compensation Equipment". A electric power safety monitoring and control system is developed based on the potential safetyincident. The main tasks of the dissertation are as follows:(1)The system is developed on the basis of the advanced 32bit ARM processor-LPC2214 and high accuracy 3-phase electrical energy measurement IC-ADE7758. The system has faster work frequency and powerful ability of digital processing, and the alternating current sampling circuit and signal processing circuit improve the conventional method.(2) On the basis of Fast Fourier Transform (FFT), some algorithms, such as estimation methods for the parameters of sinusoidal signals and non-sinusoidal signals under normal conditions and other non-normal conditions, are presented to meet with the mesasurement of the system.(3) The system adopts advanced communications technique to build the communication net about the safety monitoring and control of distribution system. It not only transmist the real-time data reliably, but also it reduce the expenditure of the system communications net. If the accidents have happened, the system transmits some especial frames, as by GPRS. So employees of POWER GRID CORP. read the information and take surest way to prevent potential accident of electric system from happening. If the signal is weak, meter reading, upgrade the system software and setting the system parameter are bare implemented by means of USB.(4) Some software function in the system, such as checking the quality of electrical energy parameter, remote realtime automatic meter reading and automatic alarm, not only monitoring and control the power system, but also guarantee the electric power equipments running well.The system has high application value that it monitoring and control electrical distribution system and electric power equipments.
