武广客运专线原状红粘土强度和变形特性试验研究

【摘要】 随着我国经济的飞速发展,我国中西部地区的工程建设速度明显加快,这些地区分布着大量红粘土。而至今对于红粘土的研究主要集中在其成因、分布、结构构造等方面,对于红粘土的强度和变形特性的研究较少。因此,研究红粘土的物理力学特性、强度特性以及变形特性,对今后红粘土地区的铁路公路建设、路基病害防治处理、边坡工程设计等具有重要意义。本文依托国家自然科学基金项目:“客运专线无碴轨道红粘土地基变形特性与动力稳定性研究”(50778180)和铁道部科技研究开发项目:“武广客运专线灰岩残积层红粘土路基变形特性及路基边坡稳定性试验研究”(2005K002-B-2-1)。通过室内试验、现场原位试验、数值分析等手段分别对红粘土的强度特性和变形特性进行了一系列的研究。取得了几点成果,归纳如下:1.通过室内试验和理论分析,研究了武广客运专线沿线红粘土的物理力学特性、工程特性以及物理力学指标之间的相关性。2.分析了红粘土的强度特性,以及影响红粘土强度的因素。研究武广红粘土强度指标的变化情况,充分认识了红粘土的峰值强度、残余强度随各种条件(裂隙、初始含水率、上覆压力)的变化特性,建立了粘聚力、内摩擦角与初始含水率的定量关系。并对不同试验方法下红粘土的强度参数进行了对比分析。3.通过室内试验和大量的理论分析,研究了武广红粘土的应力-应变变形特性、固结变形特性以及胀缩变形特性。分析了红粘土轴向应变和体积应变的变形特性以及红粘土固结变形特性的原因。探讨了如何处理红粘土的胀缩性问题。4.对红粘土路基在施工过程中的变形特性进行数值模拟分析,研究红粘土路基竖向沉降和侧向位移随路基填土高度的变化情况,找出变形规律,用于指导今后红粘土地段的路基施工。

【Abstract】 With the rapid development of the economy in china, the construction in Midwest regions is quickening evidently, red clays is distributing aboard in these regions. Recently, many researchers mainly reported the causes, distribution and structure of the red clay, researchers on strength and the deformation properties reported little. It is important for us to study the physical and mechanical properties, characteristics of strength and deformation of the red clay so as to help the construction of roads and railways, to improve expansive soil foundation and to design the red clay slope.Based on the program of "Study on the dynamic stability and deformation properties of the red clay foundation form ballastless track passenger traffic railway , Hunan, China" (50778180) founded by the national science foundation and on the program of" experimental study on the subgrade deformation and stability of subgrade slope form limestone eluvium red clay of Wu-Guang express railway " (2005K002-B-2-1) founded by the national department of the Railway Ministry.The characteristics of strength and deformation of the red clay are studied, according to a series of experimentations in room, in-situ test, numerical analysis. The main achievements in this thesis can be obtained as follows.1. physical and mechanical characteristics, project characteristics and the relation of physical mechanics properties of red clay form Wuhan-guangzhou special passenger transport railway were studied through experimentations in room and theoretical research.2. The strength characteristics and influence factors of red clay were analysed. The transformation of strength index of Wu(han)-Guang(zhou) red clay is studied. The feature of the peak value strength and residual strength of red clay under different stations(original water content, cranny and above acting pressure) is recognized. The quantitative rules of the cohesion and soils angle of internal friction to original water content is developed. And the strength index performed for different methods of red clay is comparing analysed. 3. through experimentations in room and theoretical research, the stress-strain relation, consolidate deformation and shrink-swell deformation characteristics is studied. The cause of the axial strain, volume strain and consolidate deformation characteristics is analysed . And give the suggestions to deal with the shrink-swell properties of red clay.4. The finite element simulation about the deformation of the red clay in construction is given. The deformation behavior of the settlement and lateral displacement during the course of the constructions is researched. All these provide more data for the engineering construction in these red clay area in future.
