深基坑工程动态设计和信息化施工的应用研究

【摘要】 随着国家经济建设的持续快速发展,已经和将要涉及到大量的深基坑工程。尽管基坑工程作为一门专业学科已经越来越多地受到工程技术人员的重视,但是由于基坑工程是一项多学科交叉的综合性工程,基坑工程的基本理论、设计计算方法和施工技术在世界范围内仍然是一个尚需深入研究的课题。论文简要总结了国内外深基坑工程的现状和基坑工程基本理论及研究方向的发展概况,从工程设计与施工的角度出发,对动态设计和信息化施工进行了探索和研究,并得到了一些有益的结论。第一,根据深基坑工程中存在的设计及施工方面的主要问题,分析了主要问题产生的原因、所造成的后果,提出以目前的理论及技术条件来看,能够较好的协调管理、勘察、设计、施工和监理等五个方面的相互关系,就可以大大降低深基坑事故发生的概率,施工过程的动态设计方法是解决这个问题的一种合理有效的措施。第二,借鉴前人研究成果的基础上,结合工程实践及经验,讨论了土压力计算理论及方法的适用性和局限性。第三,分析归纳了深基坑工程事故的主要原因,提出动态设计方法。笔者认为有效的实施动态设计需要获得较准确的土体参数和工程信息,本文着重讨论了土体参数的动态变化及合理取值的方法和影响因素。第四,针对信息化施工,论文讨论了信息化施工的意义及必要性,阐述了监测作为信息化施工的主要措施其内容需根据监测目的、深基坑工程的等级、邻近建(构)筑物及地下管线的情况而不同分别确定,监测信息的评价结果对设计及施工具有重要意义。第五,结合香樟路某深基坑工程处理案例,采用动态设计和信息化施工方法,获得了较为满意的结果。实践表明,该方法是具有一定的理论意义和工程实践意义。

【Abstract】 With the continual and rapid development of national economy, there has been and will be more and more projects of deep excavation engineering. The excavation engineering is already taken attention to as a professional subject by the engineers, however, because it is a all-around engineering which involves several different subjects, the basic theory, design and calculation methods and construction technique need to be investigated further in worldwide all the same. The dissertation introduces the development actuality of excavation engineering at home and overseas, analyses the development status of its basic theory and researchful field in succession, and from the point of engineering application the dynamic design and informatic construction are studied and researched. Some available conclusions are achieved.Firstly, main problem of design and construction in deep excavation engineering is discussed, the reason of main problem and the result caused by the main problem are analyzed, and according to theory and technique now the article provide if the relation of management, exploration, design, construction and supervision is coordinated well, the dangerous excavation engineering will be greatly reduced. A reasonable and effective measure that is dynamical design for construction process can solve this problem.Secondly on the basis of pre-researchers’ achievements, combining with engineering practice and experiences the suitability of soil pressure and the applicability limitation of calculation theory and methods are discussed in this article.Thirdly the reason of deep excavation engineering accident is analyzed and synthesized, the dynamical design method is proposed. The author suggests implementing the dynamical design methods effectively need to obtain more accurate soil mechanical parameters. It is discussed the present situation, methods and influencing factor for the dynamical selection of soil mechanical parameters.Fourth aiming at informatizatic construction the significance and necessity of informatizatic construction are discussed. Monitoring is main measure of informatizatic construction, and according to the purpose of monitoring, the level of deep excavation engineering and the condition of adjacent structure its content is different.Fifth combining with an example of xiangzhang deep excavation engineering accident it is discussed the experience that the accident does with applying the method of dynamical design for construction process. The engineering practice indicates this measure is of some meanings of theory and engineering application.
