石膏墙板生产工艺流程分析及自动供料控制系统

【摘要】 在建筑产业中,石膏制品被认为是环境友好材料而日益受到重视。以石膏为主要原料的石膏墙板因其突出的优点而逐渐得到推广应用,市场前景非常广阔。石膏墙板生产设备的性能直接关系到石膏墙板的质量及其生产效率。因此,本文针对目前在石膏墙板生产过程中普遍采用人工配料的供料现状,研究出一套生产效率较高的石膏墙板生产线自动供料控制系统。本文根据石膏墙板的生产工艺研究设计出一套实用的石膏墙板生产线自动供料控制系统。为此,本文在分析了石膏墙板生产线总体工艺的基础上,建立了配料误差控制的数学模型,确定了自动供料系统的控制要求,提出了石膏墙板生产线供料系统结构及其工艺流程,并对输送装置、配料装置及供水装置等系统主要设备的结构及工作原理进行了研究分析,给出了供料系统结构解决方案;然后在此基础上对石膏墙板生产线自动供料控制系统进行研究,其中包括粉料输送系统、粉料配料系统及供水系统的控制方案、工作原理及数学模型、软硬件的设计方案以及触摸屏软件控制界面的设计,并给出了PLC自动控制系统抗干扰的解决措施。接着开发了基于VinsualC++6.0的PLC与上位机的监控系统,可以对整个控制系统进行实时监控。最后,系统研制成功后,在石膏墙板生产线上进行了调试和运行试验,运行情况达到预期效果。本文以石膏墙板的生产工艺为研究基础,选用PLC为主控制器,并结合传感器、变频器、自动检测技术及通信技术等组合的方案,使得这套控制系统具有更好的实用性、稳定性和可靠性。首次实现了石膏墙板生产供料系统的自动控制,试运行结果表明本控制系统大大提高了石膏墙板的生产效率及自动化程度。

【Abstract】 In the construction industry, the gypsum product is considered as the environment friendly material and received day by day.Take the gypsum as the main material for gypsum wallboard whose because of prominent merit and is Obtained universal promoted application, the market prospect is extremely broad. The quality and the production efficiency of the gypsum wallboard are decided by the gypsum wallboard production equipment performance.Therefore, based on the existing the powder material ingredient manually in the material supply which are nowdays widely used in the production of the gypsum wallboard , designs a set of effective devices for the control system of for the gypsum wallboard produce assembly line.A set of the practical control system automatically of the material supply is mainly designed for gypsum wallboard produce assembly line according to the gypsum wallboard production craft. Therefore, firstly, the gypsum wallboard produce assembly line structure and the craft process are elaborated, and the main equipment structure and the principle of work of the powder material transportation system, the powder material ingredient system and the water supply system and so on have been designed and researched detailedly and given the solution in view of flaw. Then the author researches the control system of the material supply automatically for the gypsum wallboard produce assembly line based on this foundation. In which including the control plan, the principle of work, the software and hardware design proposal as well as the touching screen software control interface design for the powder material transportation system, the powder material ingredient system and the water supply system and proposes the antijamming solution measure for the PLC control system.Then has developed a new monitoring system of PLC with host computer based on Vinsual C++6.0, may carry on the real-time monitoring to the entire control system.Finally, in order to guarantee the safe stable run of the control system in the production process, has done the scene debugging work in the factory. Based on the gypsum wallboard production craft as the design foundation, chooses the PLC as primarily controller, and together the unifies combination plan of the sensor,frequency converter, automatic detection and communication technology and so on and enables this set of system to have a better usability, the stability and the reliability.The control system automatically of the material supply for gypsum wallboard produce assembly line which the author designs is coming true firstly, the result showes that the control system greatly improves the production efficiency and automation degree of gypsum wallboard.
