【摘要】 本论文将以西北五省为例,在产业集聚视角下对西北地区承接东部产业转移进行实证分析。论文首先是产业集聚对产业转移影响作用的理论分析,接着阐述了现阶段东部地区产业转移的特点与区位选择影响因素,以及西北地区产业集群的现状与存在的问题。然后构建衡量产业集聚的静态和动态指标模型,对西北五省区36个二位数工业门类的产业的空间集聚程度进行测定,在此基础上提出西北地区承接产业的定位及相关对策的结论。产业集聚与承接东部产业转移之间存在着良性互动关系。西北地区只有注重挖掘自己内在的潜在力量,培育地方特色产业群,形成特色产业的竞争优势,运用产业集聚的战略,吸引和承接东部产业转移,形成能够与东部地区乃至国际较量的竞争力,才能够使西北地区发展走上持续快速增长的轨道。本论文的研究,不仅对西北地区更加有效的承接东部产业转移具有重要作用,而且对西北地区科学合理的发展产业集群,提升区域经济竞争力有着重要的现实意义。也为我们探讨缩小地区差距、落实科学发展观、构建和谐社会,为中西部地区经济发展提供有益的启示。更多还原

【Abstract】 In the thesis, five provinces of Northwest are taken as examples to accomplish the analysis. Firstly, this thesis theoretically analyzes the effects of industrial agglomeration on the industrial transition. Secondly, the thesis portrays the industrial transition characters and trends of the east part of China, and demonstrating the current situations and problems of industrial agglomeration in the Northwest. Thirdly, the thesis has also built and analyzed the model of the index of concentration for the Northwest. Finally, the resolutions and counter-measures are proposed on the basis of the analysis.Good interactive relation exists between industrial agglomeration and industrialtransition. What will make the Northwest develop fast are------unveiling the potential,utilizing industrial agglomeration strategy, attracting and taking the industries from the east, and being world-widely competitive.The thesis works for the efficiency of the industrial transition and makes sense to well-developing and competition-raising of the Northwest. It also will make sense tothe problems we are facing------ development inequality, building the notion ofscientific development, and the construction of a harmonious society.更多还原
