【摘要】 纸张定位是印刷过程中重要的环节,只有保证足够的定位时间,定位部件才能定位准确,进而保证张与张之间,色与色之间套印准确,提高印品质量。新型纸张定位系统为保证印刷机足够的纸张定位时间提供了新的解决方案。在新型纸张定位系统中,纸张在输纸过程中进行动态的侧规定位,为前规定位赢得大量的时间。此系统由步进电机结合压纸滚轮对纸张进行控制,机械结构简单易于实现。课题的主要研究内容:(1)分析、设计新型纸张定位系统的执行过程。(2)分析步进电机启动特性,改善启动曲线,开发加、减速曲线设计软件。(3)仿真并设计步进电机驱动器,为新型纸张定位系统提供硬件平台。(4)开发步进电机的主控制系统。(5)实验验证。在自主研发的控制器和驱动器上验证纸张定位所需的电机控制规律。印刷机中对纸张定位时间的研究在国外已经展开,在德国海德堡和高宝等高端单张纸胶印机上已得到一定程度的应用。我们进行此课题的研究旨在缩短与国外的差距,提高国产印刷机的水平和档次。此项研究在国内较为少见,我们在研究的基础上申请了国家实用新型专利。更多还原

【Abstract】 Paper registering is an important part in the printing process. Only if there is enough registering time, register system can register accurately, further assure registration accuracy among papers and colors to enhance the quality of presswork. New type paper registering system offers us a new solution to ensure sufficient paper registering time. In new system paper can register in side guide dynamically in the feeding process to conciliate abundant time for lay guide registering. The system controls papers through Step motor and running in wheel and the mechanism can be easy to realize.The main works are as follows:(1) Analyze and design the process of new type paper registering system.(2) Analyze startup characteristic of the Step motor, ameliorate startup curve, and develop the design software of speedup and slowdown.(3) Simulate and design the Step motor driving to apply a hardware situation for new type paper registering system.(4) Develop the main control system of Step motor.(5) Experiment. Test Step motor control rule of paper registering on the controller and driving system.The research of paper registering time in printing press have been progressed and applied in sheet-fed offset press of KBA and Heidelberg in a certain extent. The aim of research is enhancing the level and grade of homemade printing press for shortening the gap.
