变风量空调控制系统的设计与应用

【摘要】 本文针对西安供电局生产调度大楼变风量空调系统的控制系统进行了设计与实施。该工程是我国西北地区第一个变风量空调控制系统工程。针对供电局生产调度大楼变风量空调系统的特点,通过对用于楼宇控制的集散控制系统的对比,选择了西门子公司的Apogee系统作为平台,并在此平台上设计了变风量空调集散控制的软硬件系统和人机界面。变风量空调控制系统的核心是选择节能的、易于工程使用的控制算法。本文通过对比,对变风量末端选用了压力无关型控制算法,对变风量空调机组选用了定静压控制算法。特别是针对定静压算法风机噪声大、节能效果差的缺点,本文通过优化控制参数,在节能方面,获得了满意的效果。同时,文中还在暖通领域首次提出了舒适性控制的思想,进一步提高了节能效果。本文所设计的控制系统通过了西安供电局和陕西省弱电学会的联合验收,评价为:该变风量控制系统安全、可靠、控制方案先进合理;通过优化控制参数,将定静压控制算法的节能效果提高了7%,节能效果突出;全部指标达到且部分超过了设计要求,整体性能达到了国内先进水平。该项目获得了中国勘察设计协会组织评定的全国百项建筑智能化经典项目称号。

【Abstract】 The paper designs and implements the control system of the VAV air conditioning system in the Production Despatch Buiding for The Power Supply Bureau in Xi’an. This project is the first VAV air conditioning control system engineering in the northwest region of China.To contrast with the distributed control system which used for Buiding Control, consider the characteristics of the VAV air conditioning system in the Production Despatch Buiding, the Apogee system of Siemens was adopted as platform. And basing on this platform, The hardware and software of Distributed Control System for VAV air conditioning system were designed.The core of the VAV air conditioning control system is to choose the energy-saving and engineering-oriented control algorithm. By comparing VAV terminal with VAV AHU,the pressure independent control algorithm was selected for the variable air volume terminal, and the constant static pressure control algorithm for the VAV air conditioning control AHU. Especially considering the disadvantages of the constant static pressure algorithm, namely,big-noise and bad energy-saving, the author achieved satisfied energy-saving result by optimizing control parameter. At the same time, the thought of the comfortable control was advanced firstly by author, which further raises the effect of energy-saving.Combined inspection and acceptance of this control system was passed by Power Supply Bureau of Xi’an and electronic association of Shaan’xi province. They evaluated that the VAV air conditioning control system is a safe, reliable, and that the control precept is advanced, rational, moreover, the effect of energy-saving is outstanding. The constant static pressure control algorithm raise 7% in energy-saving by optimizing control parameter. Further more, all index attained and part of the index exceeded the design request.The whole function came to the domestic advanced level. In addition, the project acquired one hundred classical intelligent building title, orgnized by the China Exploxiton & Design Association throughout the country.
