离型剂稳定性及其应用效果的微观因素研究

【摘要】 本课题主要研究了影响纳米SiO2颗粒在离型剂中稳定分散的因素,通过研究表面活性剂-PMMA-纳米SiO2颗粒三者之间的相互作用,揭示了表面活性剂、固体颗粒这两种微量物质对分散体系应用性能影响的本质。目的是把表面活性剂-PMMA-纳米SiO2颗粒三者在离型剂中的配比调整到较佳状态,使得离型剂具有较佳的稳定性,即纳米SiO2颗粒能够较好的在离型剂胶体中分散开,从而提高离型剂的应用性能。对纳米SiO2颗粒在离型剂中的稳定性研究,是先在重力场下和离心力场下对离型剂中的表面活性剂-PMMA-纳米SiO2颗粒三者之间相互作用进行研究,再制定正交试验进行极差分析离型剂各组分对离型剂稳定性影响的大小顺序,从而确定出较佳稳定性的离型剂。最后将所确定的较佳稳定性离型剂的贮存稳定性、涂膜固化性、剥离强度和离型率等应用性能与原有的离型剂进行比较测试,从而得到具有优良离型性能、稳定性和固化性的离型剂较佳配比。通过对离型剂贮存稳定性和涂膜固化性进行实验,证实了所研制的离性剂具有良好的稳定性和固化性;采用离型层180°剥离法测得离型层的剥离强度小,即离型剂涂膜与PET薄膜间的附着力小;运用Visual C++软件编写离型率的计算程序,证明所制离型剂涂膜的离型率很小,满足热转印离型的要求;用透射电镜揭示离型物质在成膜物质中的分散状态和微观结构,从微观上说明离型剂稳定性的原因;用红外光谱对离型剂中表面活性剂-PMMA-纳米SiO2颗粒三者之间的结合作用进行分析;最后通过软物质熵理论等理论对表面活性剂-PMMA-纳米SiO2颗粒三者之间的相互作用进行理论分析说明。研究成果表明:通过对离型剂中表面活性剂-PMMA-纳米SiO2颗粒三者之间相互作用的研究,得到了稳定性较好的离型剂,改善了原有离型剂的应用效果。

【Abstract】 In this paper, the affect factors on the stability of nano-SiO2 in release agent are mainly studied. By research the interaction of lipid surfactant—PMMA—nano-SiO2, it reveals the essence effect of lipid surfactant and solid particles to application performance of disperse system. The goal is to adjust the proportion of lipid surfactant—PMMA—nano-SiO2 in release agent to an optimal state. Then make the release agent has better stability, that means nano-SiO2 totally dispersed in colloid of release agent, improves the application of release agent.The study on stability of nano-SiO2 in release agent through the interaction of lipid surfactant—PMMA—nano-SiO2 in release agent under gravity field and centrifugal field at first. By making the orthogonal test and range analysis, then discuss size order effect of components of release agent, and obtain a better stability proportion of release agent. At last the stockpile stability of release agent, coating film solidify, peeling intensity and release percentage are discussed between the former release agent and the new. Then a kind of release agent with excellent release capability, stability and solidy is found, and optimal component and proportion of release agent will be confirmed.The stockpile stability of release agent and coating film solidify are well by experimenting; The peeling intensity of release layer (the cling strength between coating film and PET film)is tested little by using 180°peeling method; Using Visual C++ software to compile program which can account release percentage, and the release percentage is testified very small, this result can satisfy release request in heat transfer process; The result of TEM also show dispersion state and microscopic structure of release matter in coating matter, and explain the stability of release agent by microcosmic technic. With the analysis of infrared spectrum, the combination interaction of lipid surfactant—PMMA—nano-SiO2 in release agent has been studied. Finally the interaction of lipid surfactant—PMMA—nano-SiO2 has been theoretical analysed by the theory of soft matter and entropy theory etc.It indicates: The study on the interaction of lipid surfactant—PMMA—nano-SiO2 in release agent, obtain a better stability release agent, improve the application effect.
