数码打样工艺参数研究

【摘要】 随着计算机、网络技术等数字化技术的发展,印刷生产技术与工艺已经开始从传统的模拟工艺向数字化生产工艺变革。数码打样技术已经成为数字化印刷流程中的关键技术,数码打样工艺将会成为打样技术的主流。本文的目的是对数码打样工艺参数进行分析和实验研究,获得最佳数码打样工艺参数,保证数码样对印刷样的准确模拟,推动数码打样技术的发展。运用印刷色彩管理、色彩学和印刷工艺原理,结合GATF数字测试版内容,对数码打样工艺中的主要技术参数进行研究;针对数码打样中打印机线性化、印刷ICC Profile文件和打样ICC Profile文件等,采用单因素优选法进行实验设计,利用精密测量仪器,确保数据精度;运用多项式回归法处理实验数据,并建立了数学模型。根据本次研究所使用的数码打样软件和设备,变换工艺参数进行了实验设计;分析了打印机线性化校准时,各级梯尺密度与网点面积率之间的关系,并建立了数学模型:按照研究内容的要求,设计了数码打样测试版,实验获得了合适的打样ICC Profile文件,并得到可行的优化方案;比较了不同的印刷ICC Profile文件,总结出产生差距的原因。结果表明:O.R.I.S 5.1.2打样软件做打印机线性化时满足尤尔-尼尔逊方程;通过分析灰平衡数据,调整数码打样ICC Profile文件,可获得合适的打样ICC Profile文件;四色网点扩大值与网点面积率一般呈二次曲线;使用色差分析法可判断不同印刷ICC Profile文件表现灰平衡的能力,其规律可以用于指导生产实际。

【Abstract】 With the development of digital technologies such as computer and network technology, printing has witnessed a change from traditional analog technics to digital production. Digital proofing technology has become a key technology in the digital printing processes and will become the mainstream of proofing technology. The purpose is to study on the technologic parameters of digital proofing, obtain the optimized technologic parameters of digital proofing , ensure the precise simulation from printing sample to digital proofing, promote the development of digital proofing technology.The main parameters in digital proofing technology were researched based on the color management, the printing chromatology and printing technology combining with the content of GATF digital test form. The single factor optimization was used to analyze the printer’s linearization, ICC Profile of printing and ICC Profile of proofing. The exact apparatuses ensure the precision of data. The mathematics models were established based on regression analysis.Based on the digital proofing software and equipments, the experiments were designed through the transform of technologic parameters. The relations between the densities and the dot areas were analyzed when the printer was checking linearity and the mathematics models were established. According to the request of research content, the digital proofing test form was designed. Via the experiments, the right ICC Profile of digital proofing was built and the optimized project was obtained. Make a summary of the reason which bring the differences by comparing with different ICC Profile.It has indicated: The O.R.I.S 5.1.2 proofing software accord with the Yule-Nielson Equation when checking linearity. The right ICC Profile of digital proofing could obtain by analyzing the Gray-balance data. The Dot-gain curves were conics. The different ICC Profile of printing could estimate the capability of the Gray-balance by analyzing color difference, the rule could guide production.
