逆变电源数字化控制技术研究

【摘要】 由于逆变电源应用越来越广泛,对供电质量的要求不断提高,应用模拟控制控制逆变电源的研究与应用已经发展多年,非常成熟,但它仍存在许多不足之处。随着DSP(数字信号处理器)的出现和发展,数字控制系统以其通用性强、抗干扰能力强、控制规律灵活、可实现先进控制算法和便于实时控制等优点被越来越多的应用与逆变电源的控制领域,并且已经成为当今电源技术研究的热点。本文致力于实现逆变电源的数字化三闭环控制技术的研究。本文研究了逆变电源的控制原理,深入分析了单闭环、双闭环、三闭环控制系统的特点,建立了单相全桥逆变电源主电路及其控制系统连续时间域与离散时间域的数学模型,并对该数学模型进行了深入分析,并采用MATLAB和SIMULINK、ORCAD等仿真软件建立仿真模型进行仿真实验分析,分析了几种传统控制方案的特点,验证了逆变电源三闭环控制系统及其数字化的可行性与有效性。对单相全桥逆变电源主电路进行深入研究,分析了主电路参数对系统性能的影响,并对变压器偏磁以及直流侧扰动对系统性能的影响进行分析,给出了有效的解决方案,并得到实验的验证。另外从实践着手分析了该逆变电源实现方案的不足与局限,比如热问题、干扰问题等,并提出了有效的解决措施。立足于工程实际应用与电源系统的具体要求,本文采用TMS320F2812DSP实现400HZ、115V单相逆变电源的三环全数字化控制,使其达到良好的动态性能与稳态性能,并进一步实现将三台独立的单相逆变电源级联为三相逆变电源,通过同步信号连接使三相间互差120度,且在不平衡负载下仍满足相位要求,另外采用DSP实现三相逆变电源的通讯、显示、保护等功能。实验结果表明:采用了本文设计的数字化控制技术的逆变电源获得了良好的工程实际运行效果。

【Abstract】 After developing many years, analog controller used on the field of inverters is very nature, but is also have many disadvantages. With appearance and development of DSP, the digital control system has advantages of flexible control, high integration, and strong anti-disturb ability, the realization of advanced control arithmetic and the convenience of real-time control. Digital control has been becoming more and more used on the field of inverters.This thesis research the principle of inverter power supply control, deeply analyse the characteristics of the three-loop control system. On the basis of circuit model of inverter power supply, the continuous and discrete space-sate mathematic models are established, and use software of MATLAB, SIMULINK and ORCAD to establish the inverter simulation model which is use to validate the feasibility of the Multiple-loop control of inverters’ system. The main circuit has been researched in this paper, and the affectations of some main circuit’s parameters always been analyzed, and the reason of transformer bias magnetization are analyzed, the measures of valid restrained bias magnetization are given as well. On the basis of actual application on engineering and concrete requirements on power supply system, we use TMS320F2812DSP to realize 400Hz, 115V single phase three-loop digital controlled inverter, and connect three of this single phase inverters to be one three phase inverter, and realize some additional functions such as communication, display, and protection etc.
