PCCP管道结构有限元分析研究

【摘要】 我国于1985年引进预应力钢筒混凝土管(PCCP管道)的生产技术以来,PCCP管道制造工艺已基本过关,设备制造也已具有相当水平,唯独对管道结构的研究几乎空白,致使工程技术人员对结构设计方法的选用以及生产过程中出现的问题产生困惑,一直以来国内外专家及工程技术人员不同程度地对管道结构可靠度及耐久性产生担忧。为此,有必要再对PCCP结构进行深入研究,制定符合我国国情的科学合理的设计及制造标准,并通过科学研究指导生产实践。本文结合PCCP管道在我国水利工程应用中的新形势需要,包括南水北调等重点工程建设需要,重点对管道结构进行有限元分析研究,为建立和完善我国预应力钢筒混凝土管道设计规范及设计程序提供技术依据和支持,推动我国在PCCP科技研究的发展进步。针对我国在这方面研究严重滞后的事实,本文搜集了国内外在PCCP管道制造及施工方面的文献,结合有限元理论并参考钢筋混凝土结构及压力管道结构分析方法,利用ANSYS软件建立管道结构分析模型并进行仿真分析。论文结合PCCP管道结构设计,模型的建立考虑了材料非线性和状态非线性,同时还考虑了不同材料之间的协调工作。计算分析了PCCP管道在缠丝过程中和施工过程中的管道变形及应力变化情况,描述了整个过程中管道裂缝扩展趋势。

【Abstract】 Since China introduced PCCP’s production technology in 1985, PCCP’s manufacturing process has been basically clearance, equipment manufacturers also have a relatively level, Only the pipe structure study was almost a total blank, Engineering and technical personners were perplexy of the structural design methods used in the production process and the problem of Production, Experts at home and abroad ,engineering and technical personners have been worry have been worry of pipe structural reliability and durability in varying degrees. Therefore, it is necessary to in-depth study of the PCCP structure, Develop scientific design and manufacturing standards in line with the national conditions of China,and guid production through scientific research and practice.This paper combined with the new situation needs of the PCCP application in China’s water conservancy projects, including important projects building such as south-to-north water transfer project. We focus on the pipe structure of finite element analysis. Based on the provision of technical support for the establishment and improvement of China’s PCCP design specifications and design procedures,and promote the development and progress of China’s PCCP scientific and technological study.In view of the serious fact that lags behind the fact in this area , This paper collected many literatures on PCCP manufacturing and construction aspects at home and abroad , established pipe structure analysis model simulation analysis with ANSYS software,based on the finite element theory and reference reinforced concrete structure and pressure pipe structure analysis. Papers combined with PCCP pipe structural design, Considered the model of nonlinear materials and nonlinear state, and also taking into account the different materials concorde work. This paper calculated the PCCP deformation and stress changes in the process of wrapping process and pipeline construction , described the pipe cracks expansion trend in the whole process.
