喷墨打印墨水的研究

【摘要】 针对我国喷墨打印墨水打印连续性和耐候性差、色彩失真现象严重及配方参数保密的现状,以满足现有打印机对墨水黏度和表面张力的要求,研制出耐候性优、色彩逼真的高清晰喷墨打印墨水的配方,为喷墨打印墨水的适配性提供研究基础、为进一步工业彩喷提供耐候性墨水基础数据为目的:运用正交试验的方法,研制出了适合现有打印机的喷墨墨水,检测了研制出的墨水表面张力、黏度和吸光度,本文研制的喷墨墨水的表面张力、黏度和吸光度与市售原装墨水相近:分析了表面活性剂及聚合物对墨水表面张力、黏度和吸光度的影响机理,表面活性剂主要改变墨水的表面张力,而聚合物不仅改变墨水的黏度,也对墨水的表面张力有一定的影响,而且对墨水的抗紫外线有较大的辅助作用。利用研制的四色墨水打印成照片,与市售原装墨水的打印照片进行了色密度的比较和耐候性的比较,色密度二者相近,而耐光性比市售原装的高出3~4倍,耐水性优于市售原装,研制墨水的打印流畅性及间歇打印性良好。

【Abstract】 In reflection to the fact that market original binding ink continuity was bad, capability of resisting ultraviolet radiation and water were poor, color distorted badly and the parameter was secret. This article manufactured resistance to ultraviolet radiation and water ink which had high realistic color and high articulation, based on satisfying the printing machine request of surface tension and viscosity. The result could offer investigation base for the quality of ink mixing and the data of resistance to ultraviolet radiation and water ink for industrialized multicolor ink; This article manufactured ink by orthogonal experiment, and measured the surface tension, viscosity and absorbency. The three printing guidelines was similar to market original binding; The article analysed the mechanism of surfactant and polymer for surface tension, viscosity and absorbency. Surfactant changed surface tension, polymer not only change viscosity, but also change surface tension and capability of resisting ultraviolet radiation and water. Excellent four colors DIY inks were printed into photograph, and then compared to printing photograph of market original binding ink between color and capability of resisting ultraviolet radiation and water. The results showed that: Their color density was close, and the DIY ink capability of photostability is 3~4 times compared to market original binding ink, and the capability of resisting water is better than market original bingding ink. The quality of liquidity and intermission printing was good.
