基于GPRS的远程电压监测系统研究与设计

【摘要】 随着我国经济的快速发展,改善电能质量已经成为国家政策的重要内容。电压是电能质量的主要指标之一。为了提高电压监测数据的准确性、真实性和完整性,有效地减少管理人员统计和录入数据的时间,加大分析,提高供电电压的管理水平和保证电能质量,本课题设计了一套基于GPRS的远程电压监测系统。远程电压监测系统按工作过程可分为三大部分,即电压监测终端设备、GPRS无线网络、后台管理系统。本课题首先研究和分析数据采集方法,在现有交流采样理论的基础上提出了改进措施,设计出符合要求远程电压监测系统终端设备。终端设备通过A/D模数转换芯片MAX197实时采集电压信号,单片机AT89C52处理采集到的电压数据并将结果和实时时钟SD2203对应的时间数据通过GPRS模块H7112发送给后台管理系统,同时也将该组数据保存于外部数据存储器AT24C128中。另外还可通过按键和液晶显示器查询采集到的电压数据,同时还可进行参数设置。本系统中采用GPRS无线网络实现终端设备与后台管理系统之间的通信。通过后台管理系统可同时监测多个现场终端设备,同时后台管理系统将接收到的电压和时间数据信息按照一定的格式(接收到的数据为16进制)分类保存于数据库中,根据需要用户可随时调出、显示、统计、打印、分析接收到的电压和时间数据。以便对稳定性较差的监测点及时制定相应的措施,保证电压稳定。本文的研究成果为低压配电网实时监测的创新和发展提供了一定的参考。

【Abstract】 Along with the economy expeditiousness development of our country, the improvement of electrical energy quality has already been the most important content in the national policy. Voltage is not only one of the most index of electrical energy quality, but also it proves the electrical power system level. In the case of low electrical power automatism management in our country, and in order to improve voltage monitoring data veracity、authenticity、integrality, and reduce the time of making statistics and record data efficiently for administrators, increase the analysis, and raise the management level of power supply voltage efficiently. We designe a set monitor voltage system based on the GPRS, which has actual use value.By compassion of scheme, requirement and function analysis, we use the GPRS module which has AT commands to control agreement and can achieve remote data transmission. And we compute virtual voltage value based on AC sampling theory that is in existence, and then we design a set monitor voltage system, which can real-time or timing compute values. The RTU terminal unit real time collect voltage signal, which be managed by SCM what can also send data to administer system. In addition, we can use key-press and LCM to setting RTU parameters.In order to make the data collection be easier, we have developed one monitoring system based on the GPRS remote data transmission network, the system includes lots of RTU terminal unites, what can also save and display and Statistic and analyse data which received from RTU.This paper research results have laid the good foundation for the innovation and the development of the real time monitor for our country low voltage distribution network.
