【摘要】 计量工作是国民经济发展中技术、质量和经济工作的基础,计量管理是企业管理的重要组成部分。随着企业信息化改革的不断推进和生产的不断发展,迫切需要专业、先进的计量器具管理系统来自动化的完成管理任务。本论文论述和总结了为某企业定制的计量器具管理系统开发过程中所做的大部分工作,工作的重点是对系统进行设计和实现。系统设计包括:了解有关信息管理系统的背景和国内外现状;分析计量器具管理系统的用户需求;对系统做总体框架、数据库、业务工作流、安全性等方面的研究和设计;对系统包含的13个子系统,详细分析、描述每个子系统的功能并选择实现系统的技术;在此部分着重研究了工作流实现、二进制文件存储、WSS(Windows SharePoint Services)和MOSS(Microsoft Office SharePoint Server)、WebPart、ADO.NET及动态数据源等若干问题和技术。系统实现包括:在.NET平台下,采用上述先进的技术开发Web应用程序,实现系统功能;对WSS3.0/MOSS进行研究和配置,将开发的Web应用程序部署至SharePoint企业网站集或子网站上面,实现系统与企业信息化平台的无缝集成;完成总体系统的部署、配置和调试。本文设计和实现的计量器具管理系统经过在企业3个月的试运行,现已正式投入应用。该系统设计合理、简单实用,业务流转准确灵活、稳定可靠,将日常繁重的计量器具管理工作从传统方式迁移至信息化平台。随着该系统在企业的长期运用,必将在提升企业产品质量、提高企业生产效率和竞争力、快速适应市场变化等方面起到举足轻重的作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Measuring is a basic work in the development of country economy. In order to implement the international series standards and enhance the management level of measuring instruments, this paper established a relatively perfect management information system of measureing instruments. It also describes the design basis, design procedure and main functions of the system. This system is featured by measuring instruments’ periodical examining plan management and examining result management.This paper, introduced how to design and implement a web-based management information system of measuring instruments for some enterprise, emphasized on system framework and method of use some new technique.This paper, explained background and current situation about management of measuring instruments. It analyzed client requirement. It researched and designed about system framework, system database, operation workflow, security and so on. For 13 subsystem included in whole system, It analyzed and described every subsystem function and adopted technique. Researched some advanced technique such as: WSS/MOSS, WebPart, ADO.NET, data storage of binary file, data source binding, workflow implement method. We use B/S mode in internet’s environment to realize the management information system. A web application in .NET develop environment was created and use some technique to accomplish this system in web project. Then a SharePoint website was established and we need to deployed the web application on this website. User or clients login to this website to do most measuring instruments management task or only to look at, this rely on their rights and roles.This system had test run about 3 months, it was proved that it has many good grade quality,it has reasonable design framework, practicability,simplify operation, stabilization.
