机载雷达通用自动测试系统的设计

【摘要】 机载雷达是一个集各种高科技技术为一体的系统,其信号形式:从数字、模拟、视频图象、射频到微波信号;其控制:各类通用以及自定义总线、各种开环、闭环信号等。因此机载雷达相对于其他航空电子设备MTBF值是较低的,对其技术指标的自动测试,不仅保证了生产质量,而且为机载雷达使用过程中的维护、故障检测与诊断提供了重要的定量和定性信息,是衡量机载雷达是否正常和故障定位的最主要途径。本文首先介绍了自动测试系统的发展现状、组成、系统的结构模式,对总线技术作了比较及讨论,然后对机载雷达测试需求进行深入的研究,在此基础上提出了测试系统的总体设计方案,包括:1.基于VXI(VME Extended for Instruments)和GPIB(General PurposeInterface Bus)混合总线技术,雷达自动测试系统硬件的组建与实现。2.适配接口接收器(RCV)及测试单元适配器(TUA)的设计。3.基于PAWS平台测试软件的层次、结构、组成及功能。本文研究与组建的机载雷达自动测试系统己通过国家验收和鉴定,鉴定意见和使用结果验证了系统的有效性和先进性。

【Abstract】 Airborne radar is a system integrated with various high technologies. Its signal form:from digital,analog,video image,RF to microwave signal; Its control:various general-purpose and self-defining bus,various open-loop and closed-loop signal,etc;So,MTBF of radar is relative low compared with other avionics.To automatically test technique performance of radars not only ensuresthe manufacture quality of radars but also provides the essential quantitative and qualitative information for maintenance, fault detection and diagnosis.The automatic test is the major path to measure whether the radar normally functions or not and to localize the faults.Firstly this dissertation described the development,composition and structure model of Automatic Test System,compare and discuss the bus technology,and analysed the test requirements for Airborne radar.From them,we put forward of design of the ATS(Atomatic Test System).Detailed discussions list as follows:1.Based on VXI(VME Extended to Instrumentation)and GPIB (General Purpose Interface Bus)technique,how to build and realize the radar automatic test system.2.Design of Receiver of test adapter interface(RCV)and TUA(Test Unit Adapter).3.The structure,constitute,hiberarchy and function of the test software,based on PAWS(professional ATLAS work station).The Airborne radar general-purpose automatic test system introduced in this dissertation has passed the state inspection and qualification. Qualification and utilization results demonstrATS that the efficient and advance.
