高速流涎机组自动控制系统研究

【摘要】 高速流涎机组是一类复杂的机械产品,高速化、智能化、精密化是高速流涎机组发展的方向。论文以高速流涎机组为研究对象,以构建高速流涎机组自动化控制系统为目标,对相关控制技术进行了研究,并设计和开发了相应的控制系统。论文主要的研究内容如下:首先,研究了高速流涎机组自动控制系统的两大关键技术,即现场总线控制系统技术和监控系统软件技术,分析了高速流涎机组控制需求,主要是对机组张力及流涎辊温度特性需求的分析。在此基础上,提出了基于现场总线的高速流涎机组自动控制系统总体方案。其次,为了实现高速流涎机组恒张力控制,对其拉伸和收卷张力进行了研究。对拉伸张力控制提出了复合控制方案,进行了张力分析,建立了系统模型。而由于收卷张力不断变化,难以建立精确模型,故采用模糊控制方法对收卷张力进行控制。最后利用Simulink分别对拉伸和收卷张力进行了仿真,验证了其可行性。再次,研究了流涎辊温度特性,主要包括流涎辊的结构介绍及分析,流涎膜流涎过程的机理分析。根据温度控制需求,提出了模糊PID控制算法,并将其应用到流涎辊温度控制系统中。最后,对高速流涎机组控制系统实现技术进行了研究,包括硬件选型和控制系统网络结构的设计,并对控制系统软件功能进行了设计和开发。

【Abstract】 High speed casting machine is a kind of complex mechanical equipment. High speed, intelligence and high accuracy is the direction of the development of high speed casting machine. The research object of this thesis is high speed casting machine. In order to construct its automatic control system, some interrelated control technologies have been researched, and relevant control system has been designed and developed. The main content of this paper are as follows:Firstly, fieldbus control system technology and monitoring and control software technology, which are two key techniques of automatic control system of high speed casting machine, have been researched. The control require characteristic of high speed casting machine has been analysed, mainly containing tension of machine and temperature characteristic of casting of roller. Based on the research above, the collectivity technology based on fieldbus has been put forward to construct the automatic control system of high speed casting machine.Secondly, in order to realize the invariable tension control of high speed casting machine, the pull and wind-up tension of high speed casting machine have been researched. The control of pull invariable tension has been put forward, the tension has been analysed, the system model has been established. Because of continuous changing of wind-up tension, and the accuracy model is hard to establish, fuzzy control arithmetic has been chosen to control the wind-up tension. At last, the computer simulation has been carried on by Simulink to validate its feasibility.Thirdly, the temperature characteristic of casting roller has been researched, which includes structure and analysis of casting roller, and mechanism analysis of casting process.According to the requirement of temperature control, the fuzzy-PID control arithmetic has been put forward and applied to the temperature control system of casting roller.Finally, the control system of high speed casting machine has been designed, including the determination of hardware, construction of control system and development of sofeware function of control system.
